Tapi, kerja investment banking ni memang high stress la, especially kalau korang kena handle order besar macam 1 juta saham Maybank tu . Overall, kalau minat bidang ni, kena ready la mental & fizikal sebab high risk, high reward.

Thanks for the perfect update. Thinking about investment diversification is certainly key, How do I properly invest in the market and what strategies do I employ to make significant gains and stable cashflow?
in my opinion, some financial situations can be handled on your own if you research enough, while others are best navigated in consultation with a financial specialist
Productivity is never accidental; it is always the result of careful planning, dedication, and consistency. I am grateful to God for my advisor, MRS Clara Burn
Contrary to conventional wisdom, you don't need to have a hefty fund or ultra deep pockets like mutual fund to start investing. I initially invested $8k I was making return of the investment plus interests.
I've only made roughly 8% total, or 2% annually, from investing 50% of my $150k salary over the past four years. i want to build a good investment portfolio and have been looking at videos and doing research to be more educated. Where should i invest this for stable cashflow?
Stocks are at an all-time high right now, but if you crunch the numbers correctly, you should be fine. You could also make things easier by hiring a skilled advisor to help.
You have a very valid point, There are tons of benefits to having a financial advisor, but here’s one example: My advisor based a small part of my portfolio on Nancy Pelosi’s portfolio, which is completely legal. That portion has gone up 71% in just six months-take that info as you will.
I'm intrigued by this. I've searched for financial advisors online but it's kind of hard to get in touch with one. Okay if I ask you for a recommendation?

Mr. Money I have enjoyed your podcast where you bring experts from different industries to bring clearer insights of their income. I was wondering if maybe for ur next video, you can bring a project manager, I’m curious whats the ceiling of their income.
Only 2mil revenue for the whole team? I used to be a sales engineer for just any average engineering firm and we would close deals anywhere between 2-7mil alone.. And that’s just your run of the mill engineering firm. Imagine those who are specialised or structural engineering or one that carries actual products that are in huge demand. Those guys would close hundreds of millions per annum. And we were and still are recession proof. During boom times, everyone wants to build driving prices up. During recession, the government is the way to go as they prop up the economy with infrastructure projects and more. Nowadays, with maintenance and servicing, and more value added services, projects could garner even bigger profits and rolling returns.

Pple that fantasies IB are chasing glam.. Making Money wise, there are many roads leading to Rome.
Hehe, even ppl who advise on money make emotional buying decisions. Receiving a RM200,000 bonus, and buying a honda city for 90,000 in cash which is 46% of the bonus
People who buy 3k per month also buy Honda City lol He is earning 300k that year. A very conservative approach is buying a car no more than 50% of your annual income and he spend only 1/3. As long as he only change car once more than 10 years, he is very conservative.
