Well, part of it is planning. The villains set up the meeting to plan to work on some scheme whereas the heroes bump into each other accidentally in the process of trying to deal with it. Still would think at least some of them shouldn't have to punch it out before agreeing to work together, but it's the fact they never really meant to meet up that leads to them fighting usually. At least the Batman vs TMNT one makes sense. Batman doesn't generally tolerate others in his city, so it's natural he wouldn't initially be willing to work together.

Why haven’t they made more TMNT/DC superhero crossover movies yet? I’d love to see the turtles team up with Superman or the Justice League or the Teen Titans.
Michelangelo being a Batman super fan introduced to the characters for the first time was one of my favorite parts of the movie. I'm still hoping for a sequel. Jokers "Virus" is running rampant in New York. In reality Karai and the foot are infected people to develop a cure for Shredder.

Batman vs Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is an Awesome Crossover animated movie seeing Batman fight against Shredder was Awesome also seeing the Ninja Turtles in Injustice 2 as DLC Characters is also Awesome as well seeing the Ninja Turtles fight DC Characters was Awesome
One of the best things about the multiversal team-up story is the revelation that 80s Kraang was one of the Kraangs from the 2012 series that got kicked out to another universe for being such an utter failure
I always wanted to see a crossover story of TMNT with Wild West C.O.W. Boys of Moo Mesa. But this is just plain insulting. Also, another crossover story that I want to see with Heroes in a Half Shell is Spiderman !
Mikey was certainly out of character in the Cartoon All Stars special. Raphael or Donatello would have been more appropriate options for that. Maybe Master Splinter or Casey Jones could fit the role better than Mikey.
The injustice 2 dlc was good enough to wish for a Turtles Fighting game Granted it may not be as great as the crossover But if anyone could do it, it would have been Netherealm studios
my favorite is batman, usagi, comic power rangers crossover. but the hilarious crossover Garfield where a Garfield comic had Garfield fail at auditioning to join the tmnt so he can lounge and eat pizza.
The Batman TMNT crossover SHOULD have taken the number 1 spot... dunno WHAT that "number one" computer CG mish mosh was... since at least part of the lineup was the later versions after the late 90's that I had never seen.. kinda lost my flavor taste for them in truth when they were candycoated so badly from a few other attempts at "re envisioning" them into the early and mid 2000's...
Kid Danger: *wearing his big trucker pup outfit* without making my bad side showing it's ugly head, *holds up 2 wing feathers* i can name 2 off the top of my head, one is tmnt 2012 meets Usagi and B. My favorite behind tmnt 2012 is tmnt vs. Batman! Do not dare put either of them on the worst list or so help me! Fyi: THAT episode was aired 2 day BEFORE my birthday! *winks*
I liked turtles forever better than the 2012 and 80s series crossover tbh because the turtles forever movie had the original hardcore mirage turtles besides the 80s and 2003 universes.
@iraford5788 Ok I was confusing the 2003 turtles with the mirage, I just re-watched that episode yeah the mirage turtles were in it like 30 seconds and not even fully animated sadly why I thought they weren't in it they practically weren't compared to Turtle's Forever. Would have been cool to see all 4 universe of turtles showing up or one team missing rather like turtles forever we had the 87 turtles, 2003 and mirage showing up. And of course that movie the entire multiverse of turtles were threatened and universes getting erased.
The Trans-Dimensional Turtles is by far the best. I absolutely loved the Turtles Forever movie, but also seeing the 80s and 2012 come together makes it just as good. I love seeing connections between the characters and is what makes us love the characters even more. Seeing the live-action of Power Rangers and Ninja Turtles crossover made my eyes hurt honestly. It really is the #1 worst. I would never watch and the Ninja Turtles, I don't even like this version. If it was at least the live-action movie ones from the 90s, I would've liked them better. Though the #2 worst was bad, I honestly like it. True, Mikey's preachy personality made him so out of character, I don't exactly hate it.
It's a crossover that really shouldn't have worked, and yet IDW writers and artists managed to pull it off really well. Enough to have the two teams cross paths twice.
OMG! Batman and the turtles was awesome! ...And they fought with the Moo masa crew?! That is awesome! The drug PSA would have been better if they used Leo instead of Mikey!
Im still waiting to see daredevil crossover with tmnt seeing as how both their origin stories are tied together. & it would be cool to see the hand & the foot ninja clans together
Denji Sentai Megaranger VS Mutant Turtles (manga reverse-adaptation of PRiS VS TMNT) Shuriken Sentai Ninninger VS Mutant Turtles ((digital only) console port of Ninja Steel vs TMNT 2012 game)
Making crossover is like combinding two of your favorite dishes. If you find. Two medias that complement each other and stay true to each one then it like an ice cream cake. If you find two medias that don't seem like they fit and you take then time to review the ingredents and subtitute other ingredients, you could get some like good resturant fusion food. But if you mix the food, thinking too much about the outcome, or what it should look like it will fail and audience will be disgusted. Leaving a bad taste in everyones mouth. Even the simplist of crossover concepts have shown to fail.
I want see TMNT 2003 crossover with Sonic the hedgehog, My little pony and Avatar tla and korra❤😊👍👍 And especially waiting tmnt crossover with popular anime shows: (Digimon , Naruto, Sailor moon, Yugioh, Rurouni Kenshin, Dragon ball, Yu Yu Hakusho, Hunter x hunter, Pokemon and Shaman king ) , I imagine how turtles and anime heroes will fight in the arena of the Nexus Kingdom / Battle nexus ❤❤❤. Crossovers are awesome 🤩🤩🤩 . Example Leonardo 2003 vs Kenshin Himura (Battle Nexus Tournament)
10:39 - 10:46, that'd be impossible now for any who haven't read the comics yet, because you showed more than one second of the crossover in this video.
I had this idea for a long while now of the Turtles discovering they have a sister (who was transformed into a sea turtle) and is an adopted princess of an underwater kingdom. There, they help her save the kingdom from a massive war and partake in other adventures.
My favorite idea for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover is an action-adventure video game with the four main Robins, Nightwing, Red Hood, Red Robin and Robin. Think about it. Except for one specific member, these two groups parallel each other perfectly: Nightwing and Leonardo are the firstborn brothers, they are the most mature and balanced ones and are associated with the color blue, especially as their item of clothing. Red Hood and Raphael are the second born brothers, they suffer from serious anger control issues due to the situations they've lived with (consequently making them rather violent in their ways) and wear red masks. Red Robin and Donatello are the third born brothers, they are the best in the field of technology and have long sticks as their main weapon. Robin and Michelangelo: They are the youngest brothers and that's it (it's the exception I was talking about earlier). As an overall plot, I imagine the four Robins succeeding Batman as the main protectors of Gotham City while the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arrive in Gotham City to track down Master Splinter. They made these decisions because both Batman and Splinter have mysteriously disappeared. The two quartets of superheroes (and their allies) team up to findtheir fathers while stopping a war between the Court of Owls and the Foot Clan, with the two seemingly mysteriously connected. As a gamplay, I image something like Batman: Arkham, but with the edits to make it fits the eight main protagonists and their respective styles. Investigative-wise (the Robins are the children of the word's greatest detective. Of course they'd have to investigate) the gameplay is based on the one of Sherlock Holmes Chapter One and Sherlock Holmes The Awakened (the Mind Palace brining to just one conclusion and featuring Lovecraft-based elements in the product overall). Why do I want it to happen as a video game? In 2022, Batman's sidekicks recently had a video game around them, Gotham Knights, while in 2013 the Ninja Turtles had a video game trying to emulate the Arkham's style, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows, and neither games did well when they came out. So why not give them a chance to remedy these failures of theirs?
Pretty cool video😁 Ninja Turtles in Injustice 2 is fantastic😁 Ninja Turtles stay behind Usagi, TMNT vs Power Rangers 😁 Ninja Turtles working with Batman is epic! :D Haven't seen it but it perfect. Ninja Turtles/Power Rangers crossover looks awful. Really bad. Transdimensional Turtles looks perfect! So glad they did this. Perfect no 1. Great video😁
Smash Up had only 16 characters total to celebrate it's 25th anniversary and three of them were those stupid Rabbids. It may been a Smash clone but Brawl that came out a few years before had 3 times the amount of characters.
Personally I think the animated Batman crossover was total garbage, because I've read the original comic book version of Batman crossover which was infinitely more respectful to both franchises and characters. Batman fighting Shredder and Leo fight Ra's was the only good parts of the animated crossover.

BATMAN VS TMNT WAS SO GOOD!
What I wouldn't give for a TMNT crossover with Sonic the Hedgehog or the Owl House.
I 100% love the batman-teenage mutant ninja turtles crossover......
One of the best things about the multiversal team-up story is the revelation that 80s Kraang was one of the Kraangs from the 2012 series that got kicked out to another universe for being such an utter failure
My favourite Ninja Turtles crossover is when they teamed up with the Ghostbusters in the IDW comics.
The Turtles have recently teamed up with the Stranger Things gang.
I remember Cartoon All Stars to the Rescue. Leonardo definitely would have been a better choice.
Turtles Ghostbusters Crossover is awesome
Honorable best mention: IDW Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles/Ghostbusters crossover.
I miss the good old days Turtles 2003. The best series ever!
You got that right.
It really is. I love how it was done and I absolutely loved the Turtles there. Especailly Mikey and Raph; they always made me laugh.
I actually love the Power Rangers in Space: Shell Shock episodes.
I hope one day we can get a Daredevil and TMNT crossover
They are still fun Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle crossovers.
BATMAN VS. TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES!! 🦇🐢 One Of The Best Crossover Movie Ever For Any Fans Who Grow-Up With Two Different Franchise.
I'm still waiting for crossover between Ninja Turtles and Daredevil
The transformers tmnt small cameo crossover made my day
I had no idea Usagi wasn’t just a tmnt character
The crossover with the samurai rabbit is badass
It was better in the 2003 version.
My favorite crossover’s besides turtles forever would be then turtles versus Batman, and then turtles versus Power Rangers.
JOKER SHREDDER!!!
I always wanted to see a crossover story of TMNT with Wild West C.O.W. Boys of Moo Mesa. But this is just plain insulting.
Also, another crossover story that I want to see with Heroes in a Half Shell is Spiderman !
Moo Mesa crossed over a few times with TMNT in the Mirage comics.
@@josephjones7828 Really ? I didn't know that.
@@aidanhever3369 Yep, they've crossed over in the comics. Moo Mesa was a Mirage comic before it was a cartoon.
Mikey was certainly out of character in the Cartoon All Stars special. Raphael or Donatello would have been more appropriate options for that. Maybe Master Splinter or Casey Jones could fit the role better than Mikey.
Nah mikey fit fine
The injustice 2 dlc was good enough to wish for a Turtles Fighting game
Granted it may not be as great as the crossover
But if anyone could do it, it would have been Netherealm studios
If Optimus prime came in and told that kid not to do drugs or smoke that kid would listen
Turtles and powe rangers was my first childhood experience with the crossover event outside of Nickelodeon/Cartoon Network commercials
my favorite is batman, usagi, comic power rangers crossover. but the hilarious crossover Garfield where a Garfield comic had Garfield fail at auditioning to join the tmnt so he can lounge and eat pizza.
The 2012 and 1980s tmnt crossover also had the mirage turtles as well.
YES BATMAN VS TMNT!
Hey liked the shell shocked episode
Grew up on the original and 2003 version still hold both in high regard Batman vs TMNT amazing 😊😊😂 excited for the movie next Saturday with my Bros 😊
From Power Rangers, Stranger Things, Street Fighter Especially Batman and the DC Universe. Love and Respect the Ninja Turtles!! 💚💚💚
Wanted: B&R and Turtles Forever were better.
@@williamkerfoot8039 Turtles Forever is still great. I watched it a lot whenever it was on and it still makes me smile.
There's one crossover that they forgot: TMNT/Ghostbusters
It's a crossover that really shouldn't have worked, and yet IDW writers and artists managed to pull it off really well. Enough to have the two teams cross paths twice.
OMG!
Batman and the turtles was awesome!
...And they fought with the Moo masa crew?!
That is awesome!
The drug PSA would have been better if they used Leo instead of Mikey!
i love every
tmnt crossovers
Im still waiting to see daredevil crossover with tmnt seeing as how both their origin stories are tied together. & it would be cool to see the hand & the foot ninja clans together
This is where I watched my parents die, Raphael
Theres no such thing as a bad tmnt crossover
Except this list has proven that some exist.
Except Power Rangers In Space.
Oh yes there is!
@@williamkerfoot8039 Good example: Power Rangers and Ninja Turtles.
Denji Sentai Megaranger VS Mutant Turtles (manga reverse-adaptation of PRiS VS TMNT)
Shuriken Sentai Ninninger VS Mutant Turtles ((digital only) console port of Ninja Steel vs TMNT 2012 game)
Usagi deserves more stories.
Also i wish the 2003 turtles crossed over with the 2012 turtles.
Agreed 100% with all of this.
I want see TMNT 2003 crossover with Sonic the hedgehog, My little pony and Avatar tla and korra❤😊👍👍
And especially waiting tmnt crossover with popular anime shows: (Digimon , Naruto, Sailor moon, Yugioh, Rurouni Kenshin, Dragon ball, Yu Yu Hakusho, Hunter x hunter, Pokemon and Shaman king ) , I imagine how turtles and anime heroes will fight in the arena of the Nexus Kingdom / Battle nexus ❤❤❤. Crossovers are awesome 🤩🤩🤩 . Example Leonardo 2003 vs Kenshin Himura (Battle Nexus Tournament)
there was a comic crossover between C.O.W. Boys and Mirage Studio comics.
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles had a Crossover with the Teen Titans in the Teen Titans Go Episode, Truth, Justice And What?
My fav is The rabbit ronnin and Batman and power rangers❤❤
Top Ten Worst Decisions made in the Entire TMNT Franchise
#1. Ninja Turtles 3.
#2 April having Cockroach sex
Who’s back here after hearing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles X Street Fighter 6 is happening?
I couldn't Disagree with you more about the drug PSA. I watched that over a hundred times and loved every second
Can you do Top 10 Times Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Characters Went Beast Mode, please?
Except for one specific member, these two groups parallel each other perfectly:
Nightwing and Leonardo are the firstborn brothers, they are the most mature and balanced ones and are associated with the color blue, especially as their item of clothing.
8:13 his brain must be messed up since it took other cartoon characters and Michelangelo to remind him not to do drugs
I liked the live action Team up with the Power Rangers.
What about Turtles Forever?
That movie was No Way Home before No Way Home was a thing
Smash Up had only 16 characters total to celebrate it's 25th anniversary and three of them were those stupid Rabbids. It may been a Smash clone but Brawl that came out a few years before had 3 times the amount of characters.
4:00 They need to kick the crap outta the BIKER MICE as well.
Personally I think the animated Batman crossover was total garbage, because I've read the original comic book version of Batman crossover which was infinitely more respectful to both franchises and characters. Batman fighting Shredder and Leo fight Ra's was the only good parts of the animated crossover.
Yeah except the way better fighters lost!
I know it wouldn’t make the list, but I personally loved the Turtles/Flaming Carrot crossovers.
I'm not sure I'd call your number 1 a cross over. Also the Batman vs TMNT movie is definitely my favorite, I wish they'd make the sequel they teased.
If they were going to, it would have been greenlit by now.
Ninja turtle should do more crossovers like with x men, spider man and daredevil since daredevil was an inspired by daredevil’s origins
When I first saw that Crossover 80s 2010s episode I was like “No Way!😃” 90% of the time!
