Thank you very much for your wonderful guide and wonderful video. Just one question. Do you have any idea if HOA in new develop properties in Cadence allow or prohibits short term rentals?
How will work if you do a 31 day minimum stay
is it illegal(Misdemeanor) if get caught doing Airbnb in las vegas? or just paying fine

That maybe tricky as well. As you will have to get the permission of the owner as they would be the responsible party. You still might be able to find a landlord who will allow it.

City of ls vegas is 660 not 1000. This video is full of misinformation
So if the home you wanna buy has an HOA fee, its a no goo?
I will say most of the HOA’s in town don’t usually allow for this type of rental. Most have a stipulation that a lease has to be 6 month’s minimum…some are 3 months…it will depend. Condotels allow it but they are built with this intention. So you would have to review the rules and regs on the HOA to see what their restrictions are
