Nice cameo appearance from M. Night Shyamalan again there in David's security store. As soon as I saw him I was like "David's going to know him from the first film at the stadium when he was carrying drugs" and then a few seconds later its covered 😁.
Love their father son relationship here. From 1:00 to 2:30 it was just wholesome. Hate the ending but the movie itself is a masterpiece. I always thought it'd be great if Glass, David & Beast went to that building. Beast kills Glass when he find out what he did with the train. Beast & David fight & they both fall off the building. David survives but Beast doesn’t. People surrounding them & that unbreakable music plays in background.
It was a disappointment for all 3 of the main characters to die. The only way they could have redeemed it would be for a close up on a few random people located in their homes or restaurants watching the news on TV or online and you can tell by the looks on their faces that they know something...as in, they have super-powers.
The original plan was for David to escape along with the "next generation" of superheroes, but because of Bruce Willis' illness M Knight knew he wouldn't be able to make another film or series, so he decided to end his story that way.
Which door? The pastel green with golden door knob? I think most of his movies are shot in Philadelphia, this one seems to be, and Sixth sense at least they said they were in Philadelphia in the movie, M Night Shyamalan is from Philadelphia, and it wouldnt be a surprise if many houses looked the same or had similar interior if it was in the same city or area or year if building etc
Does anyone know or can anyone take a guess as to what kind of earbuds David Dunn a.k.a. Bruce Willis is wearing? I’m curious about the brand and everything take a guess what they look like what kind of headphones they are
he had dementia the whole shoot if you notice most his lines are done in voice over or with the camera off him. the script also seems incoherent. they had to patch it all together due to his diagnosis.
Be that as it may this is really Bruce's last role imo since everything that came after was made for TV junk. I got a theory he knew he was sick and decided to crank out as many movies as he could for his family's financial well being. This one being his last theatrical release i'd like to think it's his last movie.
@@tcarr6575that could be true, but I heard he was starting work on a film but was fired because he kept forgetting lines, and it was after that they revealed he had dementia
Have you seen Unbreakable and Split before watching this movie? Yes it may not have been what was expected, to be let down so easily, i thought it made it better, i think it just shows that the real world is not as merciful or in favour for good guys or their heroes. Think the twist for me was the 3 clubs tattoo members, that there has been a society that takes out superheroes and that's why we don't know of it, which feels very true somehow idk why🤔
@@robyee3325 some of those things may seem cheesy, but i did not expect that and was like what's going on when all of them started to get killed. Jesus the dialog in this movie is mind numbing. This was one of the most disappointing movies ever for me. Unbreakable was one of my all time favorites and I saw Split opening night and was BLOWN AWAY when Bruce showed up at the end. This movie should have been so brilliant and it was really a dud
Yeah it landed flat. It should’ve just took what split did and Unbreakable and simply combine it. The movie should’ve scraped the psychiatric facility and kept it on the street with David trying to hunt down and stop the Horde.
Saw TRAP and WOOOOO! It's not "good" from the standard movie goer who saw the trailer--or, most who know the EASTRAILSAGA. (Not UU anymorrreee!) But that's all I'll say. People here on the trail 👇
I'm so glad they brought Spencer Treat Clark back and didn't recast the role.
Still kinda PO'd that he isn't coming back for Gladiator 2.

I agree David should have never died
Man, this ending was so much better. The movie could've, but it wasn't a masterpiece
@@Gambit5022agreed
Yeah this would’ve been so much better lol
That’s the kind of ending that took place in the comics Mr. Glass read growing up when life was harsh to him.
They basically became partners in crime. With David the brute force superhero & Joseph being the guy in the chair
I think this film did a great job of making it feel like we were seeing a real life Superhero, not just on film but in our world.
I wonder if David was carrying his rain poncho in the backpack? 🤔 Ready to put it on in secret somewhere when he needs to.
The movie might not be that good compared to Unbreakable and Split, but James McAvoy is still stealing every scene he's in

his death was so stupid, some normal dude holds his head in a puddle lmfao wasnt david suppose to have had super strength?
Agreed
8:11 “sorry bro
✌️”
1:13-1:28 my favorite part
How did the cheerleaders David saved react to his death since he was a famous superhero/vigilante for years
David should have never died
Actually most people didn’t know about him

Not specifically. Obviously they’re the Bluetooth ones with the neck strap, which are not hard to come by
New movie??
The idea of the movie is good, but the story is not enough.
Agreed but this franchise is just the start of a new superhero universe like Marvel And DC
But also the cinematography of unbreakable is really good
Did you not know "glass" is the 3rd movie of a trilogy? "Unbreakable" "Split" and "Glass"
Love David Dunn he is forever my favorite superhero bring him back pls 🙏🙏💯💥

David couldn't have been a Navy Seal but he could've been a solid Marine or Army Ranger!
You still have to be able to swim for both
5:31 to 6:28 that's M.Night Shyamalan himself right?
It is. He's reprising his cameo role from "Unbreakable" where he played a drug dealer at the football game that David Dunn almost caught.
