The ice creams look real good. That creamy phase is my personal favorite :D If you can I think some Flan would be a nice desert to bake!
You are putting way too much in the cup to freeze. Don't go past the fill line
why ? it doesnot seem to affect the machein

I take my containers out to sit for 10 min or so and they don’t get as liquidity as yours.
Are you filling the container too full? Or it doesnt matter?
