Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope
This film introduces the characters of Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia, as well as the iron fisted regime of the Galactic Empire. On Tatooine, Luke's home planet, the exiled Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi, in the guise of a kindly old hermit named Ben Kenobi, watches over him. When Luke realizes his Jedi potential, he teams with Han Solo, joins the Rebels, destroys the Death Star and rescues Leia from Darth Vader. However, Obi-Wan dies in combat with Darth Vader.
Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back
After the Alliance experiences a devastating defeat at the hands of the Empire on Hoth, Luke Skywalker goes to receive training from the Jedi Master Yoda. However when Princess Leia and Han Solo are captured by the Empire on Bespin, Luke attempts a rescue only to be confronted by Darth Vader. His battle with the Dark Lord ends in Luke's defeat, and he receives the horrifying revelation that Darth Vader is in fact the former Anakin Skywalker, his father. Leia manages to break free with the help of Han's old friend; Lando Calrissian; but Han is himself taken away.
Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi
After rescuing Han Solo from the gang lord Jabba the Hutt, Luke visits a dying Yoda, who confirms Vader's revelation and reveals that there is another surviving Skywalker before expiring. Obi-Wan Kenobi's spirit appears and elaborates, and Luke deduces that his sister is in fact Leia. While the Alliance engages the Empire in a battle against the second Death Star above Endor, Luke confronts Vader and the Emperor Sheev Palpatine; the Sith mastermind who engineered the creation of the Galactic Empire and the fall of Anakin Skywalker. After a brutal duel with Luke, in which he is defeated and shown mercy, Vader shakes off the Dark Side of the Force and becomes Anakin Skywalker again, destroying Palpatine and saving Luke's life at the cost of his own.

In The last Jedi when kylo Ren is in his room he looks at his grandfather's mask ( his grandfather is Darth Vader ) and he says he feels the pull to the light side and that the supreme leader senses it and he says show me and I will finish what you started then the camera pulls back revealing the mask of Darth Vader and a snippet of his theme plays slowly dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun

Love this theme music. It is awesome and a great compilation, but would have preferred it to be in movie order.

У меня,даже была такая музыка,как звонок,на старом кнопочном телефоне! По идее ," Звёздные войны", это история жизни и смерти, Энекена Скайокера, ставшего в последствии Дартом Вейдером! Фильмы из саги , можно смотреть по отдельности,как самостоятельный фильм! Фильмы сняты, не в хронологическом порядке! Сначала были сняты три последние части,а только,много лет спустя, три первые! Кстати, у более ранних фильмов,нет тех технических достижений,нет компьютерной графики. Но старые части ,сняты,для своего времени, очень качественно! Спецэффекты на высоком уровне! Когда заканчивается фильм "Возвращение Джидая", заканчивается и история Дарта Вейдера! И продолжение "Звездных войн", теряет всякий смысл! Поэтому, совсем новые версии "Звёздных войн", я не смотрю! Для меня,сага Джорджа Лукаса,заканчивается сожжением на погребальном костре Энекена Скайокера,который победил в себе,темную сторону силы! И наконец,стал джедаем! РЕСПЕКТ,всем создателям фильма - саги "Звёздные войны"! Респект, киностудии " ХХ век Фокс"!

The original trilogy is iconic. No other Star Wars movie equals. Saw the original trilogy at the drive in. Nothing will ever equal that experience. Ever. Boba Fett was popular because he was mysterious, not over explained.

That would have been great. Instead of watching a bitchy Jedi aspirant whine, it would have been better to show a young ruthless Vader learning the Secrets of The Dark Side and building his rep in the galaxy as a most brutal enforcer for the Emperor. Instead we got some very saccharine prequels.
Revenge Of The Sith was amazing though, And besides, Hayden is becoming Vader in Kenobi, So we have potential.

Indeed totally agree! The Empire strikes back gave me a very special feeling as a child. Whenever my father rented a video recorder in the video store, I always took that film with me to watch it again. After seeing him 300 times I stopped counting. Got the old trilogy on 4K now.

What a shame that such a classic and epic story was ruined by JJ Abrams and Rian Johnson. They got a ton of money thanks to the name brand, but left behind a pile of shit. The real saga ended with Episode 6.
Well spoken friend. I totally agree with you. I think most are. I saw the two films A New Hope and The Empire Strikes back in 1980. I was nine at the time and had only seen the Thunderbirds. It turned my life upside down. What I see here on TH-cam what fans are making about StarWars often far exceeds what those idiots screwed up at Disney.
