Do all the leagues in Asia have an import player limit?

Not all the Asian leagues will recognize the "Asian import" status but for those who do - yes, there will be a limit. Usually, it's most common in Southeast Asia. For instance, countries such as Japan, South Korea, Philippines and Thailand all have Asian import limits. Australia's NBL also has a spot for Asian imports!
