Hi Madeline, love your workouts but it would be really helpful if you could add notes or some other way on how the posture needs to be, it's hard to tell from the side profile things like of knees should touch or of my feet needs to width apart?? I am just starting out pilates with your videos!
generally you should have your arms below your shoulders and your legs below your hips! you should exhale when you are doing the excersice and inhale on the recovery. so you should do the more difficult part exhaling, and the easier part inhaling

I remember how difficult some of the exercises were initially, but now they're definetely my cup of tea! My core strength is unmatched, stronger than it has ever been! I would love and appreciate to see a workout with her voice and hearing huffin and puffing and to hear her to be relatable and feel better knowing she’s going through it to it would be comforting and motivating

Most of her workouts that i've done usually are on all fours. I don't like those coz i have weak wrists, ankles & knees; & i have thin limbs (for my body). But i noticed now that my arms have (i think) gotten a bit strong, coz I had less pain felt (less shaking), & i have more control over the movement. And less delulu that my arms are so fragile that it'll break 😅
Not my yoga mat being streching while doing the exercices, making the exercises almost impossible from slipping and also sweaty palms not helping, definitely not relaxing but i guess that's just extra challenge for me 😂 how did i survive ?
Really loved this one I was about to do some workout for arms but this video was part of the schedule anyway it really killed my arms yesterday I was really sad after looking at my arms I don't know I am not getting confidence to wear sleeveless as my arms are thick like men's 😢
Trust me, it's all in your head. I'm 100% sure you did have beautiful hands and have them right now. If you want to change something in your body it's perfectly fine, but please remember not to push yourself too hard. There's no such term as "arms like men's" Plus, you know, nobody really cares about your body type and again, all problems are in your head. I'm sure you're beautiful and your hands are just perfect the way they are.

You should watch Move With Nicole, she's very beginner friendly and actually explains how to do each move!
