The Rover P5b - The Poor Man's Rolls Royce?

Some quick facts & figures about this British classic car. This car now resides in Austria and we take you on an early summer, post-lockdown drive into the countryside. Apologies for those who like just engine noise, but music was necessary to cover the wind noise from the camera. Stay tuned until the end for some V8 noise.

Two films to check out, Villain staring a very out of character Richard Burton and a P5b coupe and The Man who Haunted himself with a serious Roger Moore and a P5b saloon. Plenty of clips from both films on TH-cam. I very nearly bought an ex MOD saloon many years ago, interestingly it had a bench front and rear seat a division to shut out the driver. I seem to recall it being very cramped up front which is why I went for an Admiralty blue saloon for less than £1k(in 1986) a lovely car but boy did it like a drink!
