The ramhorn is better than the deformation space, but not as good as probably FT. Putting the autobot symbols on will help make them look better. I think they look respectable, for sure. I like that they fit into g1 blaster, that’s pretty slick. That MMC steeljaw looks amazing next to DS Blaster.
I got these two a couple weeks ago. I like them. You can get Steeljaws head a bit closer if you tighten up the screws where the two halves come together.
Not sure they are budget they are pretty much the same price per bot as fanstoys in American retail and it doesn’t have an eject which means you are probably stuck getting fanstoys
I found these both to be incredibly intuitive in transformation. I didn't need to look at the directions until after I had completed both just to make sure I did it right. I agree about the color of Steeljaw though. Not the yellow I was expecting. I suspect it doesn't have any paint app on it to account for the degradation in color. Because I do a ton of scale modeling too, I had a lot of colors to use to mix up the correct shade of red(rust really) to cover those pin heads on Ramhorn. He looks a gagillion times better when you paint over the pins.
Really don't like the pins in Ramhorn's head. Pretty disappointed with both of them in general, but on the other hand, the 1.0's did not hold up at all, so at least they're showing improvement.

Had these preordered, but cancelled once we knew fans toys were coming out.
I also look forward to the FT versions to compare them all

Umm fanstoys has made these, FT-55B, although they just came out (mine come in the mail today)

NO the Kingdom blaster is smaller and the tapes are smaller also
