Couple of comments. First of all, big up Gtown Puregym! Secondly, the majority of health clubs in the US will have all those amenities. I was paying £25.99 or similar for this pure gym in the UK, but the "health club" which was offering some similar amenities to the one in the video is probably about £60.
Now, for an open box gym in the US for an equivalent package is surprisingly about $25-40 a month so coverage of several gyms ect. But the big difference is the health clubs. So you are looking about $120-$150 plus for a health club which is going to be a little more private/exclusive but all have a joining fee which can run into the 100s. But the majority will have similar locker rooms, shoe shine stalls, and separate areas such as a lounge in the locker room (weird at first but then you get used to it!).
It is more about the connections and network you make and the ability to say "ohh yeah I got to club x, I am a member at the x club" and brag. That area of the country though deffinately has money!
