Sorry to break it to you but your wrong and the reason for this is that on a that plane there was probably around 150-200 so let’s say 150 for the sake of the argument 2 meals per person were eatan and each meal was around 900 calories so 900x 150=135,000 calories that’s not including snacks so sorry to say your very wrong and not even 7% right( could’ve been more wrong but I chose not to completely obliterate you).

Most impressive part of this is Joe being able to sleep 7 hours on a plane
I was also surprised by this, I fly to the USA quite often from eastern Europe(12 h flight), I flew back and forth more than 20 times and never fell asleep on the plane
Yeah i just flew this same route today and i just couldn't sleep 🥲 it's so boring
@@Aaroncoppelman That's interesting cause whenever I travel, even a 2 hours long flight, I find it difficult to stay awake. I sleep for 6-7 hours for Most of my 10-ish hour long flights.
@@Aaroncoppelman The more you eat, the more your body need resting. If you had eat 5000+ calories, i am sure you could sleep that much hours as well.
@@selimtanrverdi9639 Even when I was overweight(100 kg(220 lb)) and ate 5000+ calories every day, I couldn't sleep on the plane. The point here is how low pressure affects the body, it affects my body and the body of many people so that a person cannot fall asleep. Outside the plane, I fall asleep in 10-15 minutes, even when I eat in deficit.

I could barely pass a flight from the U.S. then to Narita Japan/Nagoya Japan and then to the Philippines, but you sir consumed that much food throughout the whole journey.
