    Those rocks to stand were quite the add on missy! The entire flow was lovely then🙀🙀🙀🙀
    It took me a beat to get it into my body but once I did I was golden👍🏼 Thanks for elevated heart rate. Now onto a relaxing stretch😉

    Thanks Helen, I've been doing your yoga practices every day! I was wondering if you could do a yoga video for knees? (I have a problem called patellofemoral maltracking disorder - I don't help myself by running!) 💚Xx

Thank you so much for practising with me :) I will have a look at that disorder because I haven't come across it before and plan something that might be feel good/suitable.     This one was fiery wow!!! Good morning Helen and happy Tuesday to you! I loved loved loved this, needed something quick to wake me up and this flow did it 100000%! Loved the squat and fold and raising up combo. Also the last movement was the best, so much fun!!! Made me smile ;) Definitely the "wakeuper" haha! Thank you so much Helen! Wishing you a fantastic day ahead :)
