For example I have Xphase now I can get straight exr and dng stitched and use to light my CG objects. Right now is a pain in the but! and I need also set manually my exposure for my HDRI photography this is specific for VFX I use on my Z1 aswell but I wanted to not care all this cameras and use only Qoocam 8K I hope they will do that is quite big cause a lot user on ricoh are VFX guys like me.
i hope that Ulanzi cage for the Qoocam 8k comes out soon ...its a must-buy for any serious work. it would replace 3 pole-mounted accessories in my kit ... put me down for two.

Small street tests have gone great but the QC does not capture the GPS data on videos or it does not pass through the QC Studio so I must manually place each photo on a map. In high volume commercial work that is impractical. Any suggestions or projection of when/if it may be developed?
Yuqing, great work on the videos, been following you for months - especially your PTgui workflows. I was wondering if you could do a video on how to transfer files from the camera into the app using the USB C cable. I cant get it to work - always wants to transfer via wifi which is very slow.

Hi Guo, can you help please ? I just bought a Qoocam 360 8k enterprise edition. Am several hours later struggling to get any quality image out of this 8k setup, as videos are not sharp or with detail. Extracting 2D regular FOV 4k footage let alone HD 2D footage is lacking dramatically in detail, I find modest zoomed in images distorted, fuzzy and can't even read car number plates or shop signs. I really want this to work for me, but feel like throwing in the towel as bitterly dissapointed

Great video Yuqing! Super informative! Regarding "Stabilization" in the Qoocam app, it has two options - Full view locked and Free View. What do these mean?
Thanks for the info! Full view is fully stabilization , Free View will not compensate the yaw angle so the camera moves with you and keep stabilize at the same time

Hello my Friend. Here a fan from Spain. We're seriously disappointed with this camera. We bought just for Real State and we have a real problem with the lens. We're very happy with the cam quality and resolution, but there's something we are struggling with... we've realized sometimes the camera takes superhdr stills in which there's a significant difference of colour and tone between the two lenses, this something it does randomly but in the same light situation of stills which don't show this difference. Is there anything we can do to solve that situation? Is it something usual with this model? Waiting for your reply, as we have some jobs that need to be done asap. Thank you in advace for your help.

And yes i have been looking at the latest Videos you have uploaded on the Qoocam 8k amazing work. I am an Android user and seems to be the better 360 cam for me. As Kandao is more geared towards Windows and Android System. Due to Insta 360 One R being mainly developed for Apple System and the Android Apps and Features are delayed. Having to now buy an Apple Phone just to use the One R at it's best... is not an option. That money can be spent on a better 360 Camera and Accessories. So my next option is 8k resolution, Dedicated Mic external audio Input, Better color depth and Low Light performance, etc. I also Would like to use it for Virtual Tours as well as Daily Camera to have on me when an opportunity arises. Would love if you can leave some feedback to my Dilemma. Thanks again for the consistently Great Content keep it up and hopefully we get some upgrades and updates to ease the Kandao Qoocam App workflow
I bought this QooCam 8K camera on aliexpress. firmware U0U235. It does not match any advertising descriptions. At first, two lenses worked unstably, but one of them often turned into a white field in the picture. Now shoots only one 180. The second shows a white screen. No devices, iPhones and iPads are connected. Android smartphones connect and disconnect randomly. There is no sharpness, the dynamic range is negligible. The camera screen periodically fills with violet and pink flowers. I will make a video about it. The return will be problematic and at least the customs duty will not be refunded. technical support is silent.Technical support is zero.
But he is not telling that Qoocam Studio is almost unusable to edit 8k video material, its awfull slow even with a i7 4Ghz 32GB and 4GB Graphisadapter...so for me this camera is not usable for video jus for taking pictures
wheres the tips? its just the basic instructions for a very poor camera, its not 8k. its 2 4k camera which is stitched together, so 4k in total. You misslead people with your 8k claim.
Worst money that I’ve ever spent on a camera! This thing is terrible. The app is always quitting, as soon as you take 10 steps the camera disconnects, I have an Insta 360 but I also use it never does that it kicks this camera in the butt for more than half the money I paid $1800 for this camera I could’ve gotten 3 Insta 360s that have amazing performance, do not buy this camera. I’ll save you the headache, I can’t even return it because I’ve had it for too long already, what a horrible experience using this camera!

in the app, when you edit the video , you can find a scissor icon which will help you trim the video by selecting the start point and the end point.

My QooCam 8K just stopped doing brackets in DNG 8 mode. It takes 8 identical exposures!! Have you heard of this? Thanks for any insight!!

yes you can and the battery will not degrades when you choose USB-PD 2.0 adapter or powerbank.

I found that without the rubber protection the camera runs cooler. I check it with a laser thermometer
