    this is soo usefull, I don't really have time to go to the gym much or to do long work-outs, but these are perfect to do after school or as a study break :D

    i love how all these exercises are only 10 minutes so it doesn't feel like a major time commitment! a ten minute video is psychologically more friendly than a 20+ minute workout video.

    How often should I do this exercise before I see results? Should I do it 3 or 5 times a week? And are there any other exercises that I can pair with it? Typically I do a full body workout 3 days a week, and cardio 2 days a week. However, I need to be ready by June for bikini season. I've been working out for about 2 months now, but I want to see more results.

    When I do the plank with twist, I tend to slide backwards. Why is it happening and how can I stop from sliding?

    The plank series in the first half of the video was good, but I didn't care for the rest... I don't have a weighted ball so I had to use a dumbbell which was a little awkward. Also, I can't really feel my abs working in the standing moves.

    It's actually no weight, it's a squishy ball! It's called a gertie ball, at least that's what we call it in the pilates studio.

    You should talk to your doctor to see if sit-ups are OK for you to do during your pregnancy
