    I was riding in thrat area about 10 years ago. Of course I was on a larger bike. How where the 150's as far as average speed, especially on moonshiners run 28. I remember doing about 55 mph and being passed by several motorcycles. Thinking of doing Natchez in the fall once I get my xr past the 600 mile service.

    • @MishMashMoto

    Hi really it’s a great experience . I feel jealous really 😂 hhhhhh I’m joking dear . I have a question please i wanna know it before buying this little baby . When you travel between the city’s every how many riding km to rest the bike and you stop for beak how long time also ??? !!!!

    • @MishMashMoto
      @MishMashMoto  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      We stop about every 200 miles (322KM) to refuel when we’re on the road with these bikes. The fuel stop itself is normally our break unless we want to stop and look at something on the way to our destination.

    Im going to have to watch your full video, currently packing & taking XR150L for an adventure in Yellowstone NP. You guys do great reviews, so have you found compatible new footpegs? Many guestions asked about that, I ordered some, did not fit. Many are looking & someone needs to do a clearly explained video with a link to product. I will once I find some, but maybe you're ahead of me. Ill have to wait until after my trip now. Meanwhile, little nervous about those bisons & moto in Yellowstone 😅 I'll check out your video when I can!

    Hi Canada here just bought xr150l I got to 200 miles, then main jet pluged ,surging and bucking after a week in the shop got it back today and went 60 miles did the same thing then stoped running altogether luckily suv and trailer was still attached and neighbor rolled up in his 2020 corvette I could barely fit but nice car to save me. Any comments and is there a fuel filter. I asked my gas station 2 years old he said they use filters on all tanks .
    Possibly gasket material or sealent rubber . I don't want to void my warranty , no charge on first visit .

    • @MishMashMoto
      @MishMashMoto  ปีที่แล้ว

      Should be covered under warranty I would think. Doubt it was the gas if the gas station didn’t have any other complaints (always possible though).

    Do you lose all the suspension travel when you load it down with camping gear? I'm debating picking one up but I don't know if it will be great for motocamping when you're actually going off road and need the suspension to put in real work. Thanks!

    • @MishMashMoto
      @MishMashMoto  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We have not had a problem with the suspension when fully loaded off-road. I am 220lbs and we did one moderate trail loaded at about 20MPH. I don’t think it will be a problem unless your wanting to ride really fast off-road. The rear is not linked but I am happy with it for our needs.

    After the ride, how do you feel the bikers performed? Did they have enough power? Was the ride comfortable? What kind of MPG did you get?

    • @MishMashMoto
      @MishMashMoto  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      We got about 85MPG on average loaded like we were. We enjoyed our trip and picked roads appropriate for the bikes speed capability. We like the seat for short rides (say 60 miles or so) but it’s a little less then ideal for really long days in our opinion (for what it is and it’s price point we don’t really care and expected that).

      We currently use a knockoff “GoPro” style 4K smart action camera and a Osivy dual lens helmet mount. They both work pretty good. We use Sena products for helmet comms. We are trying to get helmet to helmet comms matched up with our videos. We may need to redo everything to get what we need though. Still researching it as this stuff is expensive. We also struggle with getting our Micro SD card data onto the MacBook Pro. This is all new to us.

    How come no license plates on the back ? Beautiful drive with no traffic as well, you had the road to yourselves !! Those curves look real fun and the scenery is so breathtaking, especially that patch of road that had a creek on the left side as you were twisting and turning through the countryside. I can't believe you drove that far in 16 days, did you bottom get sore ? Are the seats comfortable and the handlebars keep you in a good ergonomic position. I have a 2021 Honda monkey 125 cc , am seriously considering the Honda XR 150 L, if it comes in a different color other than white or black ?

      I do not currently know the thread size of the oil drain bolt. I will measure it and determine the pitch of the treads the next time I change oil in the bikes. I will then post a short video with a link for a magnetic drain bolt that will fit properly on the XR150L.

    Sir, mam, maybe you can add a little wider rear carrier to put more luggage you can carry.
    put or weld some steel rod with your designed style, and connect to that rear carrier already installed.
    Its what we do here in the Philippines,
    And we carry more luggage🙂

    I think you channel is going to grow. One because of the XR150L. But also because it’s a husband wife duo. I suggest getting cameras with audio that you can record each other while riding and hear each other talk through the helmet. The voice over is ok. But kinda lacking on keeping me entertained. You spent the money on the bikes and proper gear. Now spend the proper money to get proper Morto vlog equipped and your channel will grow. Keep up the videos on the xr150l’s

    • @MishMashMoto

      @rbparadise ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@MishMashMoto yeah audio is more important than anything with a you tube channel. Most people will watch almost anything with good audio. Bad audio and they are gone in a few seconds.
      Do some research on it for sure.
      Question. Your opinion actually. I am torn between the XR150L and the KLX300.
      Leaning towards the 300 just because of the top speed. The speed limit is quite low here most places. But where it gets higher is also up hill. Since I live in Hawaii on the big island. I don’t think I can do the upper speed limits up hill. Being 220 pounds. What are your thoughts?

    • @MishMashMoto
      @MishMashMoto  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@rbparadise Not sure what the roads are like or the speeds are in Hawaii but expect about 40 on longer and steeper uphills at 220lbs. This would be at or close to full throttle in 4th (and sometimes 3rd if real steep). I would also say If you need more then 55mph get the bigger bike.

    • @rbparadise
      @rbparadise ปีที่แล้ว

      @@MishMashMoto they are steep. Living on a volcano there is lots of hills. And steep grades. 6 to 8 percent hills to get over.
      Seems we are always going up or down a hill. KLX300 is double the cost of the XR150L. But I am thinking it is to small for the steep hills. Thank you for your input. Keep up the good work on the videos.
