I got one of these 4 months ago and love it. Simple, old school, no nonsense motorcycle. Not great at anything, but does it all well. Like a jackknife of a motorcycle.
I would have to agree that is a lot of bag for the buck…or should I say that is a lot of smiles for the buck. Another wonderful bike on a wonderful test ride…what’s not to like. Have a great day 👍
Love my XR150. It is so much fun to ride on backroads and gravel roads here in NW Iowa. I put over 3200 miles on it since I got it in June. It is a great companion to my Spyder F3L.
That’s a decent amount of miles. I’m only at 2500 so far. Just installed undertail exhaust on my 222cc BBK XR150L with a BBR cam. Would be cool if you checked it out the short sometime. Peace
Years ago I did that. I came across a long line of traffic at a stop light, so I cut through the gas station on the corner, not knowing there was a cop in the line of traffic stopped there. He caught up with me and pulled me over. I did not get a ticket, but he warned me to not do that. Many years ago I had a 72 Honda SL100, and I rode that everywhere. I put 30,000 miles on that bike. Those small bikes are great for just cruising around and enjoying the outdoors. The 150 looks like a nice bike. Ride Safe.
You’re welcome to hang out in Dallas next week. Low to mid sixties starting this Friday and all week long next week including the weekend. Half a brick shy already. lol. That little Honda was acting like a big boy. In business to do business. Do I need to get a hold of Noah for you? Stay safe and stay dry.👍🏽😎
Nice bike! Hard to believe how many things that engine design has powered. Almost exactly the same as the one in my Chinese 250 4 wheeler. Honda got so many engines just right. And that bike is so similar to the old SL125. Ah the memories…… Be well Smoaks!
Nice seeing all the girls in your shed, but have you ever thought about of doing up a barn find or do you have any. I suppose you might need a bigger shed to do that.
That little bike sure looks like it would be fun., but it'll have a spoiled life. In India, it would have to carry you and your 2 cousins. Don't forget the large sack of bananas.!! LOL. Those people really know how get "bang for their buck". 👍👍5🏍🙋♂️
You really should get an xr150l they are so cheap and reliable and better than money In the bank . Cool video. I would love to see you on that bike chasing the grom lol have a good one.

Exactly!
Thank you for taking us on your ride. It was very pleasant.

Good Morning from 68 degree Broussard Louisiana 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
I would take that anywhere a DR could go.. Except over 55 mph😂
It’ll do it with a big bore kit and cam.

I don’t need any encouragement..! Lol 🤣 I think it would be a great Grom chaser, or for me to chase Kelly on with the DR650. 👌
Thanks Scott!! 👍👊
@@TheSmoaksVlogs The DR650 for sure is a great choice to chase the Grom . But for me anything with 2 wheels will work just fine. 🙂
@@scottdavis9318 We’re talking the same language Scott..! 👍👊
They are so much fun!! Super easy to install a big bore kit for even more fun lol.
