Come thrifting with me, today we're flipping five different pieces into three! The magic of upcycling allows you to transform pieces that don't have that much potential or that you've had in your house for the past 5 years into statement pieces!!
We're going to 5 different thrift shops and with what we get, we'll flip it into amazing pieces.
👕 to 👚: Added a collar and a placket and made it shorter
👖👖👖 to 🧥: Drafted the pattern with the book "Metric Pattern Cutting for Menswear" by Winifred Aldrich. Page 22 & 30.
👗 to 🩳: Bought a pattern from Kiana Bonollo and removed the front pleats ( • DIY Pleated Shorts + P... )

You really embody the unbridled joy we all feel by making something by sewing.
Do you have a pair of ready to wear pants where the crotch curve fits? If so you can copy it.
I find the best fabric in the textile section of the thrift store.
