For treatment outside the state, Govt servant should get a certificate/recommendation from Head of concerned speciality. My question is whether that Head of concerned speciality should be of Govt Hospital within the state in which Govt servant is living/serving?
If the beneficiary suddenly falls ill outside the state, treatment should be taken in Govt Hospital or Private hospital for the amount spent on treatment to be reimbursed after having a certificate of DHS that the beneficiary had fallen ill suddenly outside the state and couldn't wait for treatment in his home town
If a govt servant or his family member falls ill outside UT suddenly and takes treatment from any hospital thereat, then for the reimbursement of med expenses he has to get certificate from Director health services that he/she wasnt suffering from any such disease prior to proceeding outside and that he/she could not wait to get treatment from UT on his return.
Funtastic good job mam
