Dementia has a power of 560 and has 7000 health. they, unlike others in the forgotten enemy line, mainly reside in the weeping willows. if you defeat such a strong enemy, you will be rewarded with the what was it again? the {I FORGOR}, can deal up to 340 damage per heavy attack, and 120 for each normal attack, and 98 for each agility attack.
This gives me an idea for a D&D campaign: an amnesia campaign, but in reverse. Only the players can remember everyone and everything how it happened… or can they? The final boss is a [REDACTED] that’s been removing people from the world, for reasons unknown. It forgot it’s own reasons. The goal of the game is to not be forgotten. Once you do defeat the final boss, no one who was forgotten is remembered ever again. They’re just a burning memory.

The idea of the final minutes of Everywhere at the end of time just being Al Bowlly's singing of Heartaches would've been such a poignant ending to the piece. It would contextualize the character in the piece, show that it was probably his favorite song and would've given more reason as too why it's a recurring song throughout the piece no matter how degraded it gets. The idea that the characters family in their last moment with him decided to play his favorite song and it gets through the degrading, nonsensical noise you've come to expect at this point before suddenly coming to an end would've, in my opinion made an already phenomenal and strong piece even stronger. I know there's a moment kind of like it at the end but I do feel like using the starting song one last time before the characters death would've just added that one last gut punch. Either way as it is it's a masterpiece that will be remember as long as we continue to talk about it. English teacher out 👋
there is also the whole phenomenon of terminal lucidity which is basically the idea that very very close to death the person becomes suddenly cognizant and can potentially regain memories and functions but die very shortly after
