The exercise with leaning back and dorsiflexing the feet reinjured me after an injury that required surgery on the front inside of the ankle. I have been trying to recover from that advice of YT physios for over half a year and still get pain after work and training. YMMV.
Sir I play Cricket and I was having chronic and tender pain in my right groin region , after MRI and ultrasound it has diagnosed low grade partial tear and mild cortical irregularity at attachment of obturator externus and pectineus muscle. I have taken treatment by Physios but it is not getting better and pain is still there it's been 7 to 8 months now . Please guide me.
