    Used to love jogging when i was 15 and got into shape through running and Jiu Jitsu. Shin splints happened and no matter how much rest i took, I'd end up with shin splints again even after a light plod. Even crossing the street at pace wouldn't work. Ive tried all sorts. Tennis balls, foam rollers, compression socks, R.I.C.E deep heat, stretching you name it! Nothing would help and even after a month or two off with rest.
    Fast forward 12 years and 90 lbs heavier and now I fancied a b&b massage gun for my jiu jitsu ailments. Out of curiosity I've tried this on my shins as I still suffered with shin splints up until 2 months ago. I've done 16 jogging sessions since June and haven't felt a symptom thus far

      I remember doing Amazon delivery with really bad shin splints. I joined when I already had them and they did not get better being a delivery driver. I bought the hoka running shoes and that stopped my shins from getting worse, just giving you some advice.

    Dear Bob and Brad, I watch all your knee videos and please oh please respond if all your stretch recommendation are the same protocols after damage of tendons in knee from quinoles antibiotics.(?) It was a gradual process of many crackles and pops in the knees during workouts, cycling, sitting to standing ext up until its so bad I can barely stand and walk from stinging pain. I rested for 2days and used crutches, but you both recommend to stay "active" in stretching and walking ect and curious if that would qualify for the same situation if mine is from antibiotics ruining my tendons or cartlidge or whatever is crackling

    When I played basketball in high school, shin splints always slowed me down. Weirdly enough, when I during my cross country season my shins calmed down but my right hip started acting up haha.
