I agree..they’re gimmicks…youll play with them for a bit at first as it’s a novelty..then you probably hardly use it as it really has no useful function..looks like apple are running out of good ideas and resorting to gimmicks…I’ll see what the Tesla phone is like..from what I’ve seen so far..it sounds really good..then I might dump apple

Settings -> Accessibility-> Motion -> Scroll all the way down (the setting that limits refresh rate might be on)
if that’s not the case, try restarting your phone or turning off low battery mode.
