@@johnnysautorepairs5263 of course it should flactuate between 0 and 1 v when the car is idling, but when you press the gas pedal should go up and stay up. That is because when you press the gas pedal you need more fuel to accelerate and the 02 sensor should show you that. If not then you have fuel delivery problem
