The guys at High Performance Sports are awesome!! They build the parts start to finish in their shop. Their products are MADE IN THE USA not in China like the other guys. Their customer service is #1. If you have a problem give them a call and you will be talking to the person who built it. I will always trust what they make and know it will work correctly
I have a couple questions : 1. Do you feel any HP difference off the line? 2.What do these cost ? I want to order one now😎 looks simple enough and really the sound alone is just awesome and not to loud . The 3-5hp is always good.
It is known that the YXZ1000R may run a little lean from the factory. Our spark arrestor is a bolt on part with no programming required. The HPS spark arrestor does not change the machine enough to cause any potential harm or damage. That being said a programmer is still a good idea. With a proper tune you can have optimal air/fuel ratio and add an additional 2-3 HP above the HPS spark arrestor and even above a stock set up. If you have any other air box modifications, header modifications, and/or drilled out the catalytic converter in the stock muffler then yes I would highly recommend a programmer. We have used the DoBeck generations and the their AFR+.
@@TeamHPSVideos I have a stock 2016 YXZ, so i can run this spark arrestor without making YXZ way too lean? I love the sound and price but dont wanna damage engine...

What are you doing about the correcting the air fuel ratio...they run lean from the factory to meet the C.A.R.B. emissions requirement.

Doesn't come with a new gasket? Dang, my machine came without the stock spark arrestor in it, I'll probably just buy an exhaust at some point.
No, It does not come with a new gasket but in all honesty they are not necessary, the exhaust expels into same place.
@@TeamHPSVideos So just taking the spark arrestor out would have the same results for free?
Besides the spark arresting abilities, LoL
@@danjim7056 Pretty much. But you will melt your tail light if you don't specifically direct majority of the exhaust out the back
@@TeamHPSVideos as stated mine came without the spark arrestor, the tail light is perfect still. Thank you for the reply!!
@@danjim7056 Good to know. We have seen many tail lights melt without them.
