Engine Looks So "OPEN" And Easy to work on!!
I was thinking the same thing the first time I worked on it. the engine is very easy to access. now the airbox on the other hand...
It does look pretty open...but then again it is huge, so that helps 😄
I did the Weller tune just because they are near me in AZ. I also did the Alba large exhaust tip and OMG what a difference. See my videos at the dunes where you really can use more power. My buddy’s YXZ with Alba tune and full exhaust beats turbo RZR’s. (Watch video)

I have a 19ss that I’m doing the same thing to. How do you like the heavy flywheel. Did it take away any of the fun factor for the faster driving? I’m looking for a bit more slow control. But wouldn’t want to give up the rip factor

How’s it going? I like your setup. I am thinking about getting it myself for my 2019 SS. I saw Lassen National Park which means you are in CA. How did you get Alba to ship to you?
Fyi a little trick from my grizzly days and busted muffler tip bolts. Rotate the tip a few degrees and drill new holes.

Those spark arrestor bolts are the WORST! Broke two on mine. I wish someone would have said hey man soak those things or put some heat on them ahead of time. Glad I’m not the only one.
I tried heat, soaking them, curse words, even hit it with my purse a few times. Ended up saying screw it and using sheet metal screws to put it back on. I run a Trinity slip on with the Alba header now. Little louder bit not too bad
Did you take your measuring caliber and see the actual difference in INSIDE DIAMETER vs Stock?
No i didn't but upon visual inspection it is definitely a much larger opening vs the pea shooter they put on them from the factory.
Is that cerakote glacier black on your headers?
Sorry I didn't get the exact color from the coating shop, he said it was a semigloss black

that airbox space is way more trouble than it's worth. I appreciate gains, but f that thing.

those welds did look...not very good for a pro company. I have some parts of theirs on my atv and the quality is good...perhaps it's just their steel-work.
