I declined to remove my gall bladder ten years ago. My doctor was a professor at Columbia, and he lied to me ... he said that gall bladders cannot be healed. I just somehow knew that was wrong. I changed my diet and went back a bit over a year later and tested normal. When I asked him how that could have happened, he just silently flipped through my chart like he was thinking about something else and didn't hear me. I learned a lot from that experience. I still have my gall bladder. I now understand how it works, why I need it, and how I can support it in the future. Knowledge is good.

Hi D N. Almost a year ago I discovered that I had many stones in the gallbladder. Since that time I have done a paleo diet. I have never had pain again but I know they are still there because sometimes I feel a little discomfort. In your case, the stones disappeared? what is your diet?

    • @deberebor

@@sebastianpauluchak7361 Hi! I did not have stones. They told me I had a diseased gall bladder, I suppose due to an observed problem with the fat that was injected. Anyway, I go with keto with intermittent fasting, and then I do an extended fast three or four times a year. I know there is a gall bladder flush protocol for stones, but I have never used it. If you add ox bile supplements to your diet, you may get some relief from the discomfort. I wish you all the best!

It is so sad, but I am not trusting my doctor anymore. 1 year ago I came over to check out my gall bladder. She didn't ask me , what I was eating, what was my diet. She cared less about it. She just told me ,if the pain will become worse, they could remove it. Wow! Isn't she a good doctor, waiting until it is going to be a really bad. So I decided, I have to do something and watched a lot of videos. I went through a healthy diet. And now I am in a good shape and so thankful. May God bless you doctor Berg! 🙏

My gallbladder was removed in 2006, and that was exactly 16 years ago, but luckily I have never any problems after that, I am healthy and I eat everything without any problems. It was removed because it has stones inside and got infected inside the gallbladder too, then I had a serious stomach pain one day and I was vomiting and hardly walked downstairs, and that was exactly 2 weeks after I had a baby with through a CS operation, and that baby today is a young tall handsome man. I had my gallbladder removed a year ago. Gallstones were found several years ago during an unrelated ultrasound, but I had NO PAIN symptoms. I took a HIDA scan test to determine if there was a bile blockage and there was absolutely zero pass-thru. It was suggested that I have my gallbladder removed immediately, which I did. During the surgery, the doctor discovered that my gallbladder had become necrotized and was literally falling apart. Had I let it go, it could have become MUCH more serious. DON'T think that your gallbladder is fine just because you don't have any pain. I eat normally and have had zero complications after my colectomy, and I'm thankful that I decided to have it removed when I did.

Good to know that you are feeling better now after removing GB. I am 42 from India, have diagnosed multi gallstones size between 4 - 7 mm... I dont have right shoulder or back pain, but bloating and heaviness in chest ,between rig cage, also right side constant head pressure or heaviness. May I know is it related to GB stones. one doctor said its related to GB stone , other 3 Gastros saying its not related to GB stone, its GERD. I am totally confused. your inputs please.

    • @markeike
      @markeike 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@ulaganathanc1463 - I know it's frustrating to not be able to get definitive answers from your doctor. I've had GERD for years as well, a persistent pain in the sternum that felt like someone was squeezing my esophagus inside my chest, and I am convinced that both conditions (GERD and gallstones) interact with each other somehow. Many years ago, I discovered DGL (deglycyrrhizinated licorice), a cheap, safe, easily obtained (Amazon) natural supplement made from licorice root that coats the stomach and promotes healing of the stomach lining and esophagus. It was a miracle cure that made my GERD 100% controllable. I highly recommend chewing on one 1/2 hour before each meal for a week or two and see if your GERD improves.
As for the gallstones, I am not a doctor, but I would ask your doctor about taking a HIDA test if you have access to one, to see if your gallbladder is even functioning. The thing about gallstones is that they will never get better or go away; there is no cure but removal of the gall bladder. You also don't want to live with the risk of having a major attack at any time over your head for the rest of your life. Good luck!

    (2.) Lots of vegetables

Here is the intro to the group therapy class and how we were told to keep patients coming back. I find that so unethical, and replied, let a person grow and if they need counseling later on, they will come back. We all have to stand on our feet.

You’ve missed possibly the most important cause off, which is stress.
Stress will increase cortisol, along with pulse rate ( adrenaline ), and cholesterol, which is needed for all adrenal hormone production ( so the production of adrenaline and cortisol ).
Under a stressed state, parasympathetic function is decreased ( rest, digest and repair mode ), meaning everything involved in digestion. So you’ll have low stomach acid, enzyme production and bile production, equating to high cholesterol, high cortisol with low bile.

I begged them to take it out, actually. Anything to make it stop. Morphine and fentanyl didn’t work on the pain, I ended up on a pain pump of dilaudid. That stuff knocked me out! I basically slept for 3 days and then when the pancreatitis cleared up they removed my gallbladder. You can still get the info from the dr but it is around half and half extra virgin olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon, he recommends organic but not necessary, make a full glass, large glass like 12 oz and I would drink a fourth every 15 minutes until gone then lay on right side watching a movie two hrs. All this on an empty stomach and when I woke up I spent most of the day passing stones and felt sick until the next day and I felt better then I had in years, the lemon softens the stones and the oil helps pass them, you will see bright emerald green stones ping pong ball size in the toilet. Check out Dr David Spicer Ft Smith Arkansas and you can get the directions, I was amazed and need to do it again, it last ten years according to the Dr and I was feeling the pain again about 12 yrs after I did it but you have to set aside two days, one to fast and one to, well sit and go.

I have familiar hyperlipidemia and cholelithiasis with calcified stones. The gastroenterologist just wanted to cut out my gall bladder but I said no. I started watching carbs, drinking A.V.C. and taking ox bile as well as eating fermented foods. My upper abdomen has gone down in size ( liver ? ), and I feel much better. Only a periodic shoulder pain now, very seldom. I also have hyper-thyroidism with multi-nodular goiter, not associated with a disease and feel that they are connected in some way. I still have my thyroid and am on medication that has increased my T.S.H. And Vitamin D back to normal. I also now eat organic grass fed beef and butter, take K-2, Serrapeptase and M.S.M.. I will continue doing what is working for me because I believe that we have all our organs for a reason and do my best to keep them working, even in the condition they are in. Through your videos, I am becoming educated in how my body works. Thank you, Dr.Berg. 😊

The only nutritionist I follow these days. I went to my GP with the symptoms described with my right shoulder. He had no idea what it was. He recommended I see a physio to try help. I have private insurance so they paid for it but it made no difference to the pain. A complete waste of time and I thought this would be the case as I knew there was more to it.
Now I understand it. I've had stones before which my GP also knew about. He has my medical history. I get the slight discomfort under the right rib page. Next time I get it I will try message it to see if the right shoulder pain goes away.
I am not sure why there are so many useless GPs. I think they achieve their goal in life and then just give up. This is why I follow I subscribe. For me as part of my profession I learn every single day. Even if it means going through stuff I already know just so I do not forget and so I can verify I already know it. I'm an SME and this is what it takes. However, I have a massive interest in health and nutrition as well which is not my profession but something I love for personal reasons.. after all nothing... .absolutely nothing is more important than health. I can't think of any topic more interesting or fundamental to anyone. Thinking about it further I realise GPs are not experts when it comes to nutrition. They study drugs only but never tackle the source of the problem. This is a big problem.
Dr Berg is by far and away the best out there when it comes to know how. I no longer follow anyone else. Please keep the videos coming. I also forward them to friends and they thank me for it.. if they are not following you already that is. I've got a health and nutrition friend in New Jersey and she is addicted to your channel now after I sent them just one of your videos.

When my Gallbladder started to act up, I worked with my doctor with diet and some medication. Even after tests after test it wasn't improving. On night, just happened to be my birthday, I got real sick. I've never been that sick before. I thought I had food poisoning. Ended up in the ER and had surgery at 10 pm. Was in the hospital for a few days. Wasn't happy about that especially I was just in 6 months prior for my shoulder. Now, I have had problems as you described on and off. Never really complained about them to any of my doctors. We have military health care so our doctor's change a lot. I will follow some of these guidelines you outlined. I just mentioned that I wanted to follow up on the gallstone because I have a little pain in my right ovary and a little cramping but I just turned 48 and maybe it could be related to menopause, my menstrual cycle is irregular now and sometimes it doesn't come . I told him that I don't want to remove my gallbladder because thank God I still don't have chronic pain and he told me then not to worry about the gallstone and he sent me to see a Gastroenterologist for a follow-up of the gallstone and for a Colon Screening for age. But I am sure that the specialist will advise me the same as my doctor told me. Watching this video gives me hope that maybe it could save my gallbladder, although I saw another video where they mention that gallstones larger than 1cm cannot be treated this way, I hope it's not true 🙏🏻

I had my gallbladder out when I was 28 or maybe 29. Right around that same time one of my cousins, I think, was having theirs removed. Gallbladders are one of the few organs most of my family seems to have removed. Mine was described as a lump of sludge filled scar tissue. On the positive side, which isn't saying much, all the issues I had before were still there after so removing it didn't change any of that, but not being in agonizing pain was worth it. The doctors/nurses were kind of worried when I had my procedure. That dye they use to outline/highlight the organs apparently my gallbladder never showed up because of it having no function to absorb it.

My gallbladder was actually packed with tiny stones and sludge. I did the flush (many countless times) and to this day, I still haven't needed to get my gallbladder removed. This hasn't been an easy choice for me to be honest. It MIGHT have been easier for me to just get it taken out but I must say that I am glad that I didn't get it removed.

@Dan M7 I really should make a video on it. But let me be clear, I had to do several flushes to get where I am today. I still have pain in that area once in a while that goes away pretty quickly. Look up Dr. Hulda Clark’s Gallbladder Flush and how it's done.
I took a big risk though due to the fact that my gallbladder was packed on the initial ultra sound. The next ultra sound I had after that was about 1 year later in which case they told me that there was significant gallstone reduction. That was 4 years ago since my first ultrasound. I had an ultrasound about 4 months ago and they said that I had "no visible stones".
The flush does work but I wouldn't just do the flush. Look for helpful things for your gallbladder such as Malic acid, artichoke leaf extract, pectin, lecithin.

Which encourages nasal breathing. It has an abled me to sleep through the night for the first time in years. I have done it for 3 months no problems. An added bonus is that I no longer have bleeding gums, which was unexpected. And whilst I can't be sure that it's the mouth tape for this one, I didn't get sick (hopefully not yet anyway) this winter with a cold or flu when everyone around me was dropping. Not sure if my mom could be assisted. Here is her sonar results after we realised here urine looks like black coffee/coke:
There's a blockage in the common bile duct where it joins with the pancreatic duct. This blockage is caused by a stone that is about 21 x 15 mm in size.
The common bile duct is very enlarged, measuring 14 mm wide, and it has a twisted path. This enlargement is likely due to a long-term blockage.
The appearance is not typical for a condition called choledochal cyst (choledoschocele).
The pancreatic duct is slightly enlarged, but there are no growths inside the ducts, no tumors in the pancreas, and no inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis).
The gallbladder does not have any stones and is not inflamed.
There are no abnormalities in the liver or enlargement of the spleen.

I have spent the last three days watching videos from different TH-camrs trying to learn how to heal a gallbladder full of sludge. My wife spent 6 hours in the ER this week due to gallbladder pain. She is seeing a surgeon on Monday but hope to avoid surgery. I do believe the body can be healed. My problem is that I am seeing some conflicting information with regards to fat intake. My wife and I eat very healthy (or at least we think we do). We cook most of our own meals, eat organic when ever possible do not eat any sugar. I make home made Greek yogurt and Kefir and consume daily. I have read so much about the benefits of yogurt and Kefir but it seems now I am hearing that we should avoid dairy?? Right now my wife will try anything to avoid having an organ removed. We just watched a TH-cam from Dr. Axe that promotes a gallbladder cleanse. He is saying to avoid fats. So, which is it: avoid or consume quality fats?

I don't understand why they can't just cut open the gallbladder and clean it out and sew it back up. We have the technology to do this. Then put the person on a new diet to avoid more stones forming.

I asked for my gallbladder to be removed because I had an attack that lasted 5 days. An ultrasound revealed it was completely full of stones. I had recently lost 85-90 lbs and had persistent high cholesterol and triglycerides despite eating low carb. I had to wait 20 more days for a surgery date. The attack lasted the whole time. 25 days of misery.

I used to have pressure under my right rib cage and once had a gallbladder attack, so bad I couldn't move off the couch. My husband asked me if I wanted to go to the emergency room to which I said "no, I don't want to remove my gallbladder." I've been consuming more saturated fat (grass/fed ghee, farm lard, coconut oil etc), which I think has really helped me. Also Stone Breaker by Herb Pharm works to help eliminate kidney and gallstones. When my Dad had dye in him prior to having a heart stent, his doctor said that he was worried that my Dad might end up being in a nursing home due to a kidney problem due to the dye. Anyway, I kept giving my Dad the Stone Breaker extract while in the hospital. A couple months later his doctor told me that "your Dad's kidneys were in better shape when he left the hospital vs when he went in. I didn't tell the doc what he took.
