How Sharia Courts Handle Divorce in Britain (Islam Documentary)

  • From an unassuming Victorian terraced house in Leyton, East London, Britain’s Sharia Council presides over hundreds of cases every year. This parallel legal system remains unknown to many of its neighbours in Leyton, yet this court has existed for over 20 years.
    Presiding over the court are ten Sheikhs; respected members of the Muslim community with an intimate knowledge of Islamic Law. Their rulings are not recognised by British law but for many in the Muslim community their judgments carry the word of God.

      Even it's an arranged marriage, the bride needs to consent affirmatively. If she doesn't consent, the marriage can't go through. These sharia lawmakers(!) ignore/don't know about this very basic point. That's why when that first woman was saying forced arranged marriage, the judge(!) was confused why she was saying that her arranged marriage was a forced marriage. This indirectly proves, how unfit these lawmakers(!) are to actually give a ruling.

      True, but I still feel for the women who are oppressed. If only Sharia Law could be extinguished, it does nothing good by allowing the man to be free to do what he likes while his wife can't. There is no logic in some cultures who like men are the end all be all...like no, they just have different hormones and genitals and that is it. There are women doctors/astronauts/teachers/engineers/etc just like men, they are not the superior gender. We should be equal. But in some societies.religions this will never be.

      Most of the time the demand of the kids is from lady and relatives who keep taunting, teasing, and leaving no stone unturned to insult the couple unless the lady confirms pregnancy. Men are considered to be impotent, while the bridges are presumed infertile by the community if there is no sign of vomiting after marriage by the married woman. Never judge a book by its cover. Iman got married when he was 20, a tender age, even though he clearly declared that he didn't want to keep her and intend to end the relation. This is his father fault. To save his name and so called IZZAT - prestige - amongst his relatives that his kids are under his control even they are in ENGLAND.

    Britain has British laws. When you come to live in Britain, you live under British laws. If you do not accept their laws and you want to live under Sharia law, please leave the UK and go live in an Islamic country.
    Britain is not obligated to bend over and manipulate its laws to accomodate your cultural agendas. Just like Muslim countries never change their laws to accomodate other cultures.

    In shariah law, ped-o-phelia is perfectly admissible. The prophet married Aiesha, the daughter of Abu-bakr Al-siddique and she was six (6) years of age and the prophet was 55 yrs old. This issue has been settled and agreed upon by the most astute Islamic scholars for over 14 centuries, it’s not even open to debate except the occasional if intercourse took place when Aiesha was 8 or 9 years of age, that’s it.

      Mohammad married his first cousin, Zaynad bint Jahsh and he also allowed the marriage of his daughter, Fatima to his cousin Ali ibn Abi Talib.
      This is just one of many proofs that islam is a lie. If allah was indeed the "intelligent designer" of the universe and everything in it including us he would know that close relatives have a higher than normal consanguinity which means an increased chance of sharing genes for recessive traits when procreating.
      Muslims revere Mohammad, strive to emulate him and consider him to be the “perfect human”.
      Muhammad was very explicit in rules to live life by in every way as prescribed to him by allah for all muslims yet he didn't prohibit inbreeding (and pedophilia) and in fact encouraged it by setting an example."The Muslim world have the highest rate-up to 50%. A survey carried on children born in hospitals in Iraq showed that 46% were born to cousin parents.
      The rate is less in so called ‘developed’ world……1% in Europe. However the rate is up to 60% in Muslim communities living in Britain."

According to Muhammad, Allah "commanded" him to have those 13 wives (& he also had numerous concubines & slave girls). As long as the men are "married" to the women in the eyes of their religion (which means that some of those "marriages" are not legally recognised in the countries in which they happen - especially if those countries don't permit bigamy or polygamy) - then the religion does not consider them to be committing "adultery" as such - although the law will just see those subsequent "marriages" as adulterous extra-marital affairs.

      No country should accept immigrants until they solve their own problems to an acceptable level. At minimum each country should try to employ their own people before allowing any immigrant to take those jobs and only bring in immigrants when nobody is qualified or willing to do specific jobs. Immigrants are not job creators but instead job takers and that ultimately is politicians putting their own legacy, power and ego ahead of the people they are suppose to represent in their own country.

Many times I was tempted myself to hire some of them as helpers but chose not to do so. You are spreading LIES chump when you say they aren't taking jobs from legal citizens! You can't possibly have any experience in construction and believe anything you're saying. Desk jockies often speak of things they know nothing about, like yourself, who are NOT on the front lines of those immigrants and the jobs they take like I am.

      @Sakuraxrox1 --- Your lack of knowledge is appalling. You claim I don't understand economics because I work construction and couldn't be more wrong. I have an accounting degree and run my own construction company! You couldn't have said anything more wrong had you tried.
      You are also back peddling by saying I am only using 1 example and completely ignore the fact you were the one that said they are only taking jobs Americans refuse to do! You also mentioned migrant fruit pickers as your example which are a tiny fraction of illegals compared to the enormous numbers who do work construction.
      You are ignorantly bias and have absolutely zero facts to back up anything you claim. Research Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona and New Mexico statistics on what jobs illegals and legal immigrants are most likely to acquire and you'd sadly see I'm spot on correct and you're dead wrong! They flock to construction jobs! I've been a landlord for nearly 30 years by acquiring depressed properties and fixing them up in poorer areas with my construction skills and workers where most people are Latino. The over whelming majority of tenants work construction! Construction offers them much better wages they can collect in cash, not checks and no need for bank accounts! I am on the front line of where immigrants get their jobs and speak facts from personal experience in thousands of those I know personally or run into while working. You have a NARRATIVE and will lie in attempt to prove an opinion but you're completely empty of personal experience or evidence and hope people like me don't expose your utter bullsh!t. You have been exposed!

    • @nunyabuisness7552
      @nunyabuisness7552 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @Sakuraxrox1 --- You accuse me of not knowing economics and learn I have an accounting degree. You mention agriculture as jobs migrants take and learn I was right about them taking significantly more construction jobs than any other sector. For 35 years I've been in construction, first as a laborer and then as an owner and laborer for my own company and for 30 years as a landlord buying depressed properties and remodeling them for tenants. Nobody is on the front line of immigrants entering our labor force more than myself! Enormous numbers of legal and illegal immigrants want jobs working for me and greatly reduced wages. Most want to work for cash which would save me due to lower wages, no benefits, no unemployment payments, not listing them on my liability insurance policies to reduce premiums and reduce work on payroll by not having to file on them but I never once did it. My workers have always worried I would because they've seen it happen all over where small employers like myself save about 40%-50% by hiring them. I also have tenants wanting to rent multiple properties under one persons name so illegals can stay there and I refuse. They also want to pay more in rent and cram far too many people into 1 home and I refuse. I don't fault anyone for wanting to better their life and traveling to do it but it's ridiculous to add more unemployed and homeless people into an area that already has more than it can handle! Most of my properties have Latino's (most from Mexico but many are from other central/south American countries) and I like these people and admire most of them but that doesn't mean I want a huge influx. Everyone wants to make a livable wage and adding a huge number of immigrants that have every intention of under cutting existing wages and displace existing workers is not my idea of helping existing people living here. The jobs they take are almost entirely jobs that were filled by current residents and as a result more people became unemployed and wages lowered or at least didn't keep up with inflation.
      I was fortunate to be a decade ahead of the huge influx of immigrants and by the time they came and started trying to take my job for half the wages I was already building and renovating using my own capital and I was the one doing the hiring workers instead of directly competing with them. I am staying on the original topic and not going to discuss every primary, secondary and tertiary sector of the labor force when this topic is solely about immigrants and the jobs they take from currently employed people. Having a bleeding heart and wanting to help those less fortunate is great but I draw the line when it starts displacing current residents to give them jobs.

    • @nunyabuisness7552
      @nunyabuisness7552 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Sakuraxrox1 --- You said " microscopic experience in something much, much bigger." referring to my experience. The "microscopic experience" just happens to be 45% of all immigrant workers in the worlds largest economy and total population of equal to every westernized country you named combined! That's not microscopic even if you combined the entirely of westernized countries populations, number of immigrants and their GDP's against that of the US! I don't know the percentage of immigrant construction workers in those other countries but there have been over 25 million taking construction jobs in the US over the last 30 years and 40-45 million total immigrants who are their families they support by taking construction jobs! Your country might be 5 million immigrants but it takes a whole bunch of your sized countries immigrants to make 25 million immigrant construction worker immigrants in the US considered "microscopic".
      You are correct about the Asians in Arab countries which I learned how badly that works out from family members who have worked there for 20 years. Both are cousins who are also accountants working for American oil companies and often speak of the Burma/Myanmar and Thailand immigrants doing servant/slave work in often brutal conditions. The number of immigrants taking those jobs is a paltry fraction of the US immigration numbers. As for Canada and Australia they too have a high percentage of immigrants choosing construction jobs.
      You made the statement immigrants were only taking jobs that existing citizens wouldn't do and that statement has been blown to smithereens! 25 million immigrant construction workers in the US alone proves Germany, UK, Japan, Canada, Australia, France, Italy, etc combined immigrants, even if none worked construction don't number enough to make the 25 million in the US "microscopic"! Worldwide immigrants do take a huge percentage of existing jobs from currently employed citizens!

      In Islam Sharia law a wife is not allowed to leave the house without her husband's permission. It's tough to learn English when you aren't allowed to gather with native English speakers.

    So if she wants the divorce she need to do lots of thing for it. If by contrary is he the man who asked for it, he just need to say the words three times to her in different times. Increíble humiliation toward the woman.

      The Laws in Pakistan don't follow Sharia. Please don't comment if you don't know what you are talking about. The government is corrupt for sure and the uneducated people can be Crazy but the government is corrupt in most developing countries including Pakistan and India and many other. No hate to any country or people.

    I don't understand why they want the British government to confirm to their views they went to Britain to escape those same people who think like them. It shows prosperous countries are prosperous and you want them to act like the same countries you escaped from

    Sharia is interpreted in different ways by different imams and generally favors men over women. It's also quite obvious that these people are not treated fairly, especially when it comes to women.
