Yeah, which is great. It is most evident with drunk Keyleth in my opinion, which is cool since she is based on the avatar.
yeah I agree, the animation style is very much like that series, but I also see hints of older DC animation too, like Batman Beyond and Teen Titans, which was some of my favorite shows. I hope we get more animation like this, in the future, because so much of the new animation is absolute trash.
I'm so excited for this! I'm not much of an anime fan but I do enjoy watching critical role on youtube & twitch.
And this is a fantasy themed adult oriented animated series so its right up my alley!
Travis is a good CEO
I am SO hoping that this show does so well that they get 6 seasons, and then they get a Mighty Nein series afterwards!!
Still waiting for the biggest question to be answered, who is voicing Trinket?
An actual bear
Fingers crossed for Dee Bradley Baker
Brian Blessed
probably Alan Tudyk
I don't see Tiberius there but I just started listening to their first campaign the other day and don't know if there's a reason he's not there.
I can't wait until February!
Where’s Flando?
flando was not active on the C1 maybe C2 easter egg?
@@nigelcalpe I checked the first 7 or 8 episodes, someone called A Brown did some timestamps that were near the top for most of them but no one was doing Flandos work. It took a lot of self restraint to stop myself from rewatching the whole thing from the start.
@@Banquet42 tons of people did time stamp to the point that just by checking the comments you would fine two to three time stamp comments but flando? that dude did a whole campaign and even one shots he got sheer fucking focus
@@nigelcalpe I'm a big fan of Flando's work, the detail, the non-spoiler references, the summary at the end; all superb. It was more that it'd been so long since I'd seen the first campaign I assumed Flando had been doing it from the start.
It was nice to go back and look at some of the earlier episodes but now I'm unintentionally re-watching campaign one because the youtube algorithm has no respect for my free time and knows that I am weak.
I really want to see how much early stuff is changed because (I'm guessing) Orion Barca won't be playing Tiberious Stormwind. The fact of them starting with the Briarwood arc is kinda good because that was where he left the group... But it's a bit sad that we won't see Grog fighting in the Crucible in Vasselheim, or Clarota and Kim's in the underdark.
I hope they find a way of including those parts. Maybe they could be retelling the story to another character, going over the most important parts in a short one/two episode summary? Kind of like those annoying anime episodes that recap the last season, when you've just binged it in a day 😆 Tiberius could be very easily cut out if they dont need to go into details. They have to be introducing Kima, Allura, Kashaw, Zahra and Vasselheim somehow.
I still think they should include the character, due to the depth of their loss to the Chroma-Conclave. Maybe adding him in flashbacks from there journey through the under-dark.
Matthew's co stars were very sweet for His role of Sylas briarwood
I'm so glad its a hard R....I was worried it was going to be a kids show
I would hate seeing Matt on Colbert...but I would love seeing Critical Role on Colbert
Ashley with the Bertrand reference.
I think just combat not being D&D roll and such combat shortens those 400+ hours to a third of that XD
REALLT hope we can see the Scanceratops!
Would love to see them live at a con.
BTDT. Doing that again next month.
If Victor doesn't make an appearance I'm gonna be sad.
100% in Rotten Tomatoes score and 95% audience score say it all :P
this just shows how awkward they all are and i love it
Are they going to release it all episode per season at once or will it be like The Boys situation?
Three at a time from what I gathered 3 on Jan 28th 3 the next week and so on until it‘s all there
Try not to say "D&D" for 31min challenge
Did they skip Delilah?😭 Who does her?
Grey Griffin! Met her a few years back, signed my copy of Baldurs Gate 2! And hearing her say something as Jeanette Voermann of VTMB was like OMFG. Speaking of Vampires, Baby B running the show!
I only here Roy and Gwen whenever Travis or Ashley speaks
laura mentioning telling stories from a “villain’s” perspective and how they could be the heroes from their pov. i see you abby
I need to see the bathtub incident xD
I love these people
I posted a Ny comiccon vlog bc u inspired me!💗
Love this
Can't wait!
huh, so each episode is just over 20 minutes and there are 12 episodes. man... i hope they work on a season 2 quick.
Its already ordered.
Wen Amazon picked up the show they went for a 2 Seasons deal.
Erika is great, but I wish Brian Foster was there for this
Them devolving and turning the panel into an episode of Talks would have been hilarious in its own right.
