I think she's understandably the most underserved/underdeveloped character of C2 due to lack of Ashley availability, I'm so happy if we get more of her in the animation
@@sarajamesaerial Laura was answering some while looking coloring, e.g. 7:47 she's looking down at her art and I think actively drawing or at least shading in something (she's left-handed).

Jester really is the character Laura Bailey was always meant to play. Such a great character she had to create her herself! The Critters (Critical Role community) already adores her. So glad the animated adaption of “Mighty Nein“ is going to expose her to the rest of the world.
@@anonymouspotato3453 how long do they have to worry about Molly's coat. Also wonder if Ashley Burch is writing for Mighty Nein since she wrote for Legend of Vox Machina.
EVERYONE pulling out their poker faces when he starts talking about a musical episode. There definitely is one planned not sure when but there is one. Everyone was doing the oh haha that would be nice equivalent of someone guessing what you got them for their birthday (but you dont wanna ruin the surprise).
I love that Liam chose Illidan as his favorite.. I think it's one of the most iconic roles he's done which is saying something because he's just an amazing VA all around. The talent it takes to change your voice to that level is unmatched.
Just FYI, Liam mentioned in another interview that in the early days of doing Illidan, they did some post-processing on his voice to make it deeper. I think he said or implied that his voice changed over the years and now they don't do that. I haven't played WoW since long before CR started, so I haven't kept up with how Illidan sounds then and now. Liam does indeed have a huge range of voices and accents he can do, but apparently Illidan was outside it in the early days. Or maybe would have caused unnecessary vocal strain over lots of takes to do it without effects.
ALL THE CRAYONS! Even a 96 pack with built in sharpener! That’s nostalgia right there for me! Growing up in the 90s in elementary school, if you had the 96 pack you were rich! Everyone wanted to be friends with you! Well, except me. I wasn’t cool enough to have friends even though I did get that pack eventually. Coloring is cool. I’ve got like 6 huge packs of colored pencils, markers, colored pens, I do love all the colors. Haven’t actually colored anything for quite a while, maybe I will after watching this.
Oh! I just realized 9:00 that Tal isn’t there to talk about his character 😮 Took me a bit to realize why Matt was the one talking about the character and it’s because his player wasn’t there instead. Wonder why Tal wasn’t there 🤔
A bunch of 30 somethings and 40 somethings walk into the room...
... And a bunch of 10-year-olds sit down at the table😂 love it!
D&D in a nutshell.
It’s beautiful to see
Now we know why Yasha smells like a crayon
Ashley's excitement for Yasha in M9 has me super excited for Yashas' story in M9
I hope we get to see all that she got up to when not with the group. That would more than make up for the episodes where Ashley wasn't there!

I was impressed he was able to talk and color at the same time! Seems like everyone else paused to answer - I know I would have to.

Liam just RUNNING to the table. 🥰
I like how everyone has their own coloring style, too.,
So excited for Mighty Nein! Let chaos reign!

I bet the animators are having so much fun with her and her giant lollipop in between screaming at Molly's coat 😆
It's like batman and Bruce Wayne situation. She is actually jester wearing laura bailey suit.

Sam will probably get them all to sing at one point. I believe they all currently sing for the critical role opening theme
I genuinely thought the entire time Ashley was drawing a cupcake. I am an idiot.
In my mind Ashley sees cupcakes everywhere, all the time.

Also, I love Laura and Marisha's appreciation for Fruits Basket, still one of my favorite animes of all time.
Now we need a collection of Critical Role Coloring books for us NON artists out here :)
They’re on Amazon. They’re great.
A little sad that Taliesin wasn't here for this, because this has such Gather Your Party vibes.
A musical episode with Laura and Ashley coming off of Stray Gods The Roleplaying Musical.
Ok but they need to bring Zahra back for the musical episode too (just to get the stray gods gang back together again)

They had everyone on pub draw a couple years back, actually for M9, while it was airing. (Also Matt almost went to art school.)

Very cool video and cool pics they drew!
I love the vibe of this and Ashley's Bill the Cat shirt.
It's funny that Marisha mentioned Persona 4 Arena, because Laura, Matt, Liam, and Sam were also in that game!
Also Persona Q. It's a shame we didn't get a dub of Q2, or we would have had Robbie as well. So many Persona actors in CR!
