    이거 진짜 공감인게... 다양한 보조제 먹어봤는데 다 애매하게 좋은데... 크레아틴은 진짜 휴지기 가져갔다가 오랜만에 먹으면, 몇주 안에 체중이랑 중량이 늘음ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 영상처럼 슈퍼맨이 된 느낌들음 ㅋㅋㅋ

    프로틴에 석어서 2달째 주 5회 5g섭취중. 3주쯤 지나니까 확실히 몸 펌핑감이 달라져서, 주변에서 좀 굵어진거같다고 기분 좋음ㅎ 운동도 주5일 뭔가 매번 힘든데도 끝까지 완주하게됨.

    예전에 모노크레아틴만 한2년 먹어봤는데 크레아틴 원래 잘 안녹아요ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ그냥 가루 좀 가라앉아 있는거 물 더 부어가지고 흔들흔들해서 그냥 꿀떡 삼킴

      단백질 하루 권장량 또는 추가적인 단백질 파우더 섭취하면 충분한 양의 글루타민과 BCAA가 생성되기에 굳이 추가 섭취할 필요 없어요. 몸에서 합성 분해를 반복하니까요.
      필수 아미노산도 아니고요. 메타분석에서도 저항 운동을 위하여 먹을 필요가 전혀 없는 성분입니다. 효과 있다는 연구는 지원을 받은 연구이거나 너무 미약한 근거를 확대 해석해서 메타분석에서는 다 쓰레기 취급 받은 연구나 논문입니다.
      글루타민이 큰 효과를 보려면 장거리 유산소성 프로 수준으로 극심한 지구력 운동을 하여야 효과를 봅니다.

      진짜 무식한 소리좀. 크레아틴 먹는다고 신장이 안좋아지는게 아님. 신장기능이 떨어진 사람들이 크레아틴수치가 높은거지

      소고기 1kg 먹어야 5g인데요... 그냥 체질상 안받는분은 있어도 고기로 크레아틴 충분히 섭취하시는 분은 없거나 있어도 고도비만...

      알약을 먹는경우는 쉐이크 안타먹을수 있고 크레아틴 특유의 씹히는느낌(가루가 잘 안녹음)싫은경우. 더편해서 훨씬더비쌈ㅎ

    3 년전인가 4년 전인가 하튼 몇년 됐는데 우연히 김승현 인스타 라이브하길래 들어가서 크레아틴 관련 질문했는데 다짜고짜 ㅋㅋㅋ “크레아틴을 왜 드세요?” 먹는 이유가 뭐냐고 공격적으로 나한테 따지던거 생각나네

      몇년전에는 식약처에서도 불분명하고 기타 다른 유튜버들도 아직 긴가민가한 근거들이 많아서 그럴듯? 크레아틴은 몇년전까지만해도 여러 의혹이 많았음
