My only question is how does this conversion kit hold up with dirt and debris from the trail, water, rocks, sand and things can get all up there causing the caliper to hang or freeze up?
Honda Foreman's from the factory come with a really thick gummy grease, over the shift motor gears. Overtime that builds up dust and stuff that has been said to stop the ATV from shifting properly. If you remove the shift motor and gears all in one piece (lower front end of the engine) you can clean that out all the old grease and use all temp lithium grease. A lot of people have found that to be their problem.

Just ordered one for my old Honda foreman, this is the next video I’ve seen on how to install.
Hope you enjoy your disc conversion! If you need anything let us know!
More Honda foreman videos please!
Glad you are enjoying the Honda Foreman videos. Thanks for the feedback and views.
Great video thank you
How does the caliper get bled? The bleeder is at the bottom?
How would I add hydraulic braking? Would I have to make so custom work with hard lines?
Will this work for a bristers chuck wagon there land master now but it has mechanical breaks on the rear axle on both sides
These will not work for your machine, these are designed for the Honda Foreman. Thank you for watching.
Looking for a setup like this for a 2001 Suzuki 500 4x4 quad master. Will this work?
Sorry, this will not work on your model. Thanks for watching.

We haven't had any customers mention that they clog up with debris or freeze up.
What about the springs on the rear brake cables???
Do they go back on or not??
Yep, they go back on right here: th-cam.com/video/_LcRYGpGWPA/w-d-xo.html
Do you have a 4 disk breaking? System conversion kit for a Archic. cat 250. 2x4
We don't currently have a conversion kit for this model. Sorry for any inconveniences. Thanks for watching.
Heard this doesn't work too well. This is a hydraulic caliper and they are tying into the parking break feature
So far we haven't had any customers complaint about this system. And the reviews from SUPERATV have been good.
My honada Foreman quad doesn't always want to shift. Display on the bars just flash and stays in 1st gear. Any idea what it could be
