My daughter is so proud of me as I figured out how to scan a document she needed so I could send it to her. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THESE VERY SIMPLE TUTORIALS.!! I'm middle aged and did not grow up with computers, living on a farm in rural America.

Congratulation on creating the scan! Kristal, keep up the good work, continue storming the technology castle.
Middle aged, truly age has nothing to do with it. As I tell my friends, daily grammar school children do this, we as mature adults can as well; the hold back is ones attitude for learning. Oh, I am late 70s and made myself into quite a techno person.

It would be awesome to have someone that is experienced like yourself with Microsoft do a video tutorial on One Drive from amateur to Home Business level focusing on cleaning up and organization. Going back and straightening the mess we created starting out using the app. One Drive (from the I don’t know what the heck I am doing MESS) to a more organized and clutter free One Drive and Maintaining it for a today’s day in time (most working at home) COVID life! Balancing a One Drive Personal and a One Drive Work tips tricks with dos and don’ts! *might be a few video ideas there😉

Kevin, You are great! Thank you for being there when I start breathing my own dust and get lost in Google hell. This video got me online with a registered image of a document that I shared with an office in about 20min. Candidates for future videos: Would love to see you straighten out the MS Office Outlook Calendar nightmare. Where, 1. ios to Android invites get hosed. 2. On PC, where New Outlook vs 2016 stand-alone Outlook and Google calendars result in "this computer only" and create a mess of lost appointments cross-platform. 2. Strategy to reduce cloud storage by scrapbooking Google Photos into a Word document without exceeding the max size 32 MB constraints. Here, a Word doc each for this or that project or this or that family member. Then a master TOC that links to the appropriate document. In lieu of thousands of full-size photos. You asked.

I really like Office Lens phone scanner compared to other phone scanners, including your naming convention year first. I wish it would add 'Scan' text to beginning of name, and/or allow us to change the text added to beginning of name before year/date. Also in addition to my comment below, I wish the business card could be automatically imported to a growing excel spreadsheet with generic columns of business name, employee name, address, website, phone number. Thank you, it works very well.

Thanks for your straightforward tutorial. Some phone scanning apps state theirs is better for business cards because theirs auto-names the electronic file and/or adds to your contacts. I have a lot of business cards I don't wish to add to my contacts, but instead would love to add it to an excel spreadsheet. A generic spreadsheet by microsoft would be fine, or else customizable to my own contact spreadsheet I've had for years. In fact, I probably wouldn't want it in my own spreadsheet because that has trusted personal contacts I know well, as opposed to a business card contact I may never call. So it would be awesome if it could simply scan into a pre-made Office excel spreadsheet of scanned business cards of untrusted contacts. Thanks!
