After Canbus Fw 13, stopstart settings are not under alternator settings. However STOPSTART INHIBITION setting is not available under new setting area. Any ideas?
Many thanks for the video and online guidance. I was able to connect and scan, arrived at the page you listed and changed the setting to 1. I then engaged 'Einstein Mode' and hit Send button (the top one). It appeared to be writing the new codes but on refresh, setting keeps going back to zero. Does the car need to be running or some other switch set?
Yes - just what I was looking for 😁 Thanks 👍 I bought a used 2015 Forfour which the previous owner had changed the battery & alternator - now they reckon because the new Alternator is not the exact same as the old one (slight spec difference) the Start/Stop never works & just comes up with the warning every time I start the car - I want to disable it altogether so I don't get that warning - or could I alter some of those Alternator settings to make the Stop/Start work again ? I think I'll just disable it for now 👍
@@mvautomotive7092 Ok, that worked, no more pop up about Start/Stop although I have a non standard Alternator it came up with some red messages in the coding box at the bottom - see how it goes 😁

Try with ignition on. If no joy drop me an email.

Easiest option disable lol glad it helped.
