Thanks for the video, I was sure that was the problem. I had spark and fuel but no start, found corrosion in the HES plug, cleaned it well, now starting and running well 95 r1100gs 👍

That's really interesting. Maybe that's the cause for my RT problem: I'm having difficult starts, and it always takes a lot of tries before I got the engine running (I'm talking about minutes here). I've checked both sparks and injectors and the strange thing I've noticed is that before the engine starts both sparks and sprays are intermittent, not regular with every turn of the crankshaft. Once the engine have started, though, everything seems ok.

Most likely fuel pressure regulator. You can get to it by removing the battery tray instead of bmw stupid way of rear subframe and airbox. This would be no start ever. Starting and dying is fuel related if pump ok its the pressure regulator

This part tells the computer where the engine is in the 4 stroke cycle. If it fails, the computer will not know the engine rpm, when to spark, or when to spray the fuel injectors. So the symptoms are No spark, No fuel injection, and if you are very lucky to notice it when the problem is intermittent (wiring beginning to fray), you will see the tachometer spiking to random numbers.

I lost fuel not sparks. Could this also be a Hall sensor problem ?

No it's either pump or fuel regulator
