  • We made it to Windhoek, the capital of Namibia.
Leigh returned to work (off-shore) and Stephy stayed in a apartment for a month.
Then, we headed north and we went to the beautiful Etosha National Park.
Exploring and admiring an abundance of wildlife.
Join us as we travel the world overland, exploring the cultures and traditions of all the countries we visit.
In our Land Rover Defender camper which is our full time home we will take you rock climbing, hiking and exploring across all the continents on this planet.

Votre couple franco australien fonctionne à merveille.

When there's lots of water in the veld, the animals don't need to visit the waterholes, so not surprising that you didn't see any. Namibia is looking so green, there must have been very good rains recently.

Great video. I love your channel. I was surprised not to see any footage of the water hole at the Okaukuejo camp. It is floodlit with seating inside the camp with a fantastic view of the waterhole. We went there every night whilst we camped there and saw copious amounts of game, from Elephants, Lion, Zebra, Giraffe, Warthog, Rhino and Wildebeest. We were in Etosha for about a week staying at both Okaukuejo and Namutoni. On every day we drove out and there was not a day we did not see plenty of Elephant, one time getting way too close and having to reverse away from them.

Spent an interesting hour up a tree with my Ausie mate when we came face to face with Rhino in Chitwan national Park, Nepal. It only left when some loud tourists riding elephants came past. They weren't looking very hard for wildlife as scared Rhino off and didn't spot us up in the tree 😂

They are browsers so normally eat tree branches and twigs their dung will show this as well. The white Rhino has a flat mouth front eating mainly grass they are less aggressive.
