      Cheers for this, I have been researching "healthy quick family meals" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Iyariaw Palatable Muncher - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my friend got great results with it.

    OMG thank you so much... This is such a perfect timing. My first year of college starts in two weeks and these help me decide how and what to do to pack my lunch every day.     I have a couple questions for you: 1. how do you decide which nut butter you use with certain meals? Do certain nut butters go well with certain foods? 2. When cooking your meals do you always put your ingredients in those little glass bowls or only when your filming a video? Good video btw, this really helped xx

    You have given me so much hope! I'm a petite woman as well and my doctor has advised me to lose some weight because of medical issues. I've tried EVERY fad diet and went to a nutritionist and still nothing! I'm so happy to have found your channel because now I feel optimistic again. Your advice is so straight forward and easy to follow. I'm going to stop this crazy "dieting" and follow your example...what do I have to lose? :) Thank you again!

    One tip: I would strongly suggest to avoid using folium (if that’s the right word for it) while baking in the oven. There’s scientific evidence that suggests that burning folium may disperse some toxic micro particles. Baking paper, on the other hand, is harmless. Hope that helps! I love your channel!

    Your salad prep tips are great! I always halved cherry tomatoes until I watched this. Thank you so much, this should help me keep on track :D
    Also, for anyone having trouble enjoying salads, I highly recommend making something like spiced pecans (there are some great recipes online) because they add such a nice flavour to an otherwise boring salad! They will usually have something like pumpkin spice + cayenne pepper or paprika + maple syrup or honey.

    I have a question. I wake up in the middle of the night and eat 1-4 times, then I'm not hungry for breakfast either. Do you know how to stop night eating? I'm half asleep when I do it.

    I love what you say about being shorter. Less food needed for sure, for some reason when I was watching this video I was really loving the idea of your portion sizes.

    Question: I notice you use a lot of aluminum foil....I thought using foil is bad for you. Is there a brand that you use that's ok? Or have you weighed the bad and found that the ease of it out weighed that?

    I have been eating healthy for the past 2-3 weeks and watching how many calories I'm eating and also been going to the gym after not going for 6 months but I haven't lost any weight yet! Usually I can see a massive difference in myself when I start eating healthy but not this time! I'm 20 years old and 5"7 any advice? :)

    In your crunchy PB granola recipe did you use steel cut oats this time? I notice on the blog its rolled oats, but on the video looked liked steel cut. Maybe it works both ways?
