@LiezlJayne I have been following your meal preps and have lost 20 pounds in almost 2 months I have never lost weight this fast before. I love your recipes
Girl, I’ve gotta tell you this. I absolutely LOVE your videos and your recipes, I’ve been in a healthy journey for the past months and had been watching all of your videos. I just love the way you make to look simple and delicious to actually be healthier. THANK YOU SO MUCH 💘✨
Thank you! You're amazing and you're recipes have been gold for me...... I've been making your meals for about 3 months now and I feel so much better, health wise and I've lost about 18lbs! Thank you ❤
Love your ideas and method. It works for me because I like everything you like, and you eat basically what I used to eat. But I like the way you put it together. The meals you recommend keeps me full all day. My question is, would you do a video on what you recommend to eat when you are traveling.?
Yes im « in love » with her 😝 she knows how to keep it real, efficient and quality videos always Thanks Liezl, ♥️ from France 🇫🇷 you’ve got huge fans 🤩❤
You could also use Pepitas (pumpkin seeds) for the spicy chickpea tacos.. Used in Mexican cuisine.. Love all the recipes you shared in this thread ❤❤❤❤ thank you
I've been making some of these "notebook series" recipes for my family & they're always a hit. Everything is so fresh and full of flavor. Can't wait to try these! I would love if your blog recipes could be pinned to Pinterest too so I can save them for future use😁😮
YOU are literally the best health ,,influencer" on social media! I just love watching your videos and feel so motivated and happy to start this lifestyle change. I enjoy watching your videos so much that I'm excited to try all your recipes and point system!!! I also purchased your e book which is so amazing, I just wish I had a printed version but maybe I'll print it out myself. Please keep going and post more often. Really appreciate you Liezl Jayne😍😍❤❤
Your videos are great and I am FINALLY feeling inspired again. Most recipes I come across involve cottage cheese and rice cakes. Bleugh. Anyway thank you :) your accent is so beautiful by the way.
Mee too, and can't stop watching videos of her. I have done few days meal prep, and its works: I like these tastes, I also have sweet tooth( what a cute expression in english I have learned) I Hope i will loose some weight, about 5-8 kgs
Thank you so much for doing these videos!!!! I am so happy I found you!!!!! I love following your eating plans my family loves the chicken sauces!!! You have helped me a lot!!! I was put on a really strict diet and working foods back in and yes I am gluten free and dairy free and so many things free!!! lol. I can’t eat a lot of rice (which I love 😞) but you’ve helped find better ways of cooking and flavor and what works for me! Thank you!!!! I’m 42 btw and following you as helped me lose weight and keep it off!!! Along with exercise. And I stay full and satisfied! One of my favorites is the cucumber, black bean salad with the chips. Yum! And easy! Sometimes I don’t use the black beans cause my IBS but once in awhile I add them in! And take a BEANO 😉 LOL.
Hi liezl the dishes would be alot more exciting with deeper flavors if you add some garlic.. especiallyto the asian inspired dishes. I've tried several of your recipes and added garlic. Absolute game changer! If not perhaps suggest it for some of us. Thank you for inspiring me to eat better❤❤❤❤
I‘ve just cooked the lemon chicken - it tastes SO good😍 Quick question, I have cooked three portions, do you know how long I can store them in the fridge?🫶🏻
Omg I love your recipes, I'm fairly a newbie and so far I have done so much meal prep based on your videos, it has been amazing. I legit never thought that healthy food could be this tasty! I did have a question/suggestion - is it possible to breakdown how much protein each meal has? I know sometimes we do like a protein smoothie for a snack which has the most protein as compared to the meals. And I love mixing and matching your recipes each week so that's why I wanted to ask if this can be done
The ramen was good but you need to be careful if you are concerned about sodium intake. Most "low sodium" soy sauces I've seen are about 500g per Tbsp so that's 1500g in just one meal. Like I said, it was good but next time I will definitely use way less soy sauce.
Love this ! Can I ask what your body weight was before you lost lots? I am a similar height so wondering what a good number would be to aim for. Love your aesthetic :) Also is 1200 calories safe ? I’ve heard some people say it’s quite low but I really want to lose 2lbs a week :)
I was about 160 lbs before, and about 40 less after. But for some people 160 lbs is a healthy normal weight - it really depends on height and also bone structure you are born with. I'm short but also have a petite bone structure so I will naturally weigh less because I have less bone mass on my body than other people. Calories per day really depends on your height/ natural build as well as your activity level. 1200 cal would be ideal for someone who is short/ small and mostly inactive or sedentary during the day. Taller people who are very active would need a lot more calories per day even to lose weight. I'd usually say start at 1400 or 1600 cal per day and adjust up or down as you need! The general guidelines by doctors and dietitians is losing 1 to 2 lbs per week. I have found that starting slower is better for the long term goal
@@LiezlJaynethanks so much! 🥰🥰 I’m 5ft 4 and currently 145lb. Hoping to drop some weight before my wedding in mid august but I only have 4 months now 🙈. I haven’t been working out much but walk about 12-14000 steps per day with my job. Giving myself a range of 1200-1400 cals and seeing how that goes ! Thanks so much for your meal inspo 🤩
@@LiezlJayne thanks for this! Also, during the 90 days, did you always stick to the calorie range you outlined or did you have any social events or days perhaps before your period or anything where you ate more? :)
I was super excited to make the quick weeknight ramen but unfortunately it was super bitter even after adding more honey, I don't know if it might have been the rice wine vinegar
genuine question. why add boiling water to a pot and put it back on the stove to keep boiling? why not boil the pot on the stove and add everything then?

All the love to South Africa, but I don't think i could live anywhere where tacos would be considered unexpected for dinner
Hi Leizl! 🙂 I'm brand new to your channel and loving it! Question! What brand of gluten-free tortillas did you use in this video? Thank you!!
I’m a new subscriber…. I’ve been bingeing. How often are videos posted? ❤

How about carbohydrate intake? My limit for example is 105 g thank you ❤️❤️❤️

Last videos don't actually have soo much of food but this one have it. I am confused now, about the portion control
I might the lemon chicken, my husband is a meat man, i got to fill him up too.
Is the ebook laid out like the video style? 'Week 1: prep this. Prep this. Prep this. Now we make this recipe...'
Or is it just a recipe book?
The ebook is very well laid out, everything is explained. You will not be disappointed. For me the ebook is a piece of gold.
@@kneethling6293thanks!
Please let me know what regime I should follow to lose 15 pnds in 10 weeks.
Thank you.
please can you do air fryer freezer prep
will keep it in mind for the future!
genuine question. why add boiling water to a pot and put it back on the stove to keep boiling? why not boil the pot on the stove and add everything then?
I suspect because it's more energy efficient (and faster) to boil water in a kettle
It's a wayyy faster cooking method to save time. I do it too. Electric kettle boils water much faster than on the stovetop.
