    *I Weighed 310 at my highest and 190 and my lowest (lost 120lbs! within 6 months) I had saggy bingo arms tho they werent even bad, **weightlose.fitness** i just lacked muscle and didnt work out. and could easily be toned by working out, which i have been doing and ive seen great results quick. I do have a lil extra pudge on my stomach and plenty of stretchmarks which have faded. Strength training is the best way to go for faster results, better results, and you'll love going to the gym more than if you were to do cardio alone. Do not worry about sagging skin - deal with it when you get there because you'll be way happier at your goal weight with some extra skin compared to where you begin!*

    I am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again. th-cam.com/users/postUgkx5VQ5nUzHu6i0O5_u7ipyLnCz0lbsSvr0 I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

    I adore your videos - can you do something for busy women trying to lose weight. Quick travel breakfasts? Take to work lunches and quick evening dinners. I'm a working mum and would love to see more. You inspire me with your food and could watch your videos all day.

      Maybe I can help :) I'm new to this but I made loads of really yummy seasoned shredded chicken and put it in the fridge probably good for a week or so but its so good I'm using it up. I just toast some whole wheat toast and put some on there with tzatziki dip (random) which I bought pre made and its quite healthy. If you do have more time but don't wanna cook just sit down with some tomato/avocado and cut up some over it and that def makes the sandwich better. I also use tortillas and make wraps out of it. On the side some fruits or my go to right now is baby carrots with green salsa (its gives me the feeling of chips) at least this is still healthy and you're not messing up for those days you're lazy/exhausted!

    i know i am little late and you might not even see this comment but i wanted to thank you for showing me that eating healty and losing weight doesnt mean starving or not eating at all,i think these kinds of videos really help teenagers like me because they show the true side of being healty and eating clean

    THANK YOU for addressing the fact that calorie totals for losing weight differ from woman to woman based on her current height/weight/size!! So many "What I Eat in a Day" videos seem to advertise that all women seeking weight loss must be eating roughly 1400-1500 , and they never mention how different bodies have different needs! thank you!

    Thank you for all the inspiration you're giving me! Thanks to you, I finally found an HIIT workout that suits me perfectly. As I'm usually a long distance runner, other types of HIIT workouts I've already tried weren't really consistent with my usual sports routine.     Can u pls share some tips on how u cut down unhealthy carvings ,cause I've been working out for years and just trying to eat healthier but I just can't slim down cause I always have lots of carving I don't know why I just cant stop eating them 😯 and most of them are processed food which I know it's not really good

      min lue lee cravings are caused by a magnesium and potassium deficiency so take a magnesium and potassium supplement or spirulina to combat cravings x

    I love your videos and delicious recipes!
    I am also very petite (4'9 and 22 years old), so my calorie intake has to be low like yours. Perhaps lower.
    I've had some troubles with eating less calories, since I really love food. But your videos and recipes really help me see how I can distribute the calories throughout the day, so I don't have to feel so hungry during the day and then have a snack attack :-)

    since i started my weight loss journey on January 1st.ive lost exactly 17 kg .but ive also lost my appetite completely !! I try to force my self to eat but I always feel like puking.       I did a grocery haul video a few weeks back! Woolworths is amazing in South Africa, also Dischem health foods isle - and then also buy at small health stores around town. But Checkers apparently has amazing fruits and veggies these days too!

    Man.. I eat Oats with fruit and Oat milk for breakfast... usually beans, potatoes, or rice with veggies for dinner... I've only done it for about 2 weeks now but I haven't lost hardly anything.. I actually gained 10lb when I went plant based.. not giving up though...I think my body is just taking time.. I'm diabetic I don't know if that has anything to do with it.. it's been hard to control my blood sugars eating this way.. because the food doesn't spike my sugar it takes awhile so I don't know when I need to take insulin..I hope I get it figured out soon. Thanks for your videos they're inspiring me to try different things.

    Hey - I would like to know, how do you calculate your calories ?
    I use the method - 1 g Protein = 4 calories and the same goes for carbohydrates and for fats it is 1 g = 9 calories.
    please let me know, if you count your calories that way too!
    p.s - your videos are amazing!
