I'm so happy you're now in Vancouver as I got my phantom about a month ago and have a permanent grin on my face. So many people stop me and ask questions about the Phantom even when riding in heavy traffic they roll down their window and love on the Phantom. Awesome company, hopfully enough interest in the maritimes so they can open a shop over here. Travelling to mtl is a 8 hours drive for me so its a long ways.
My idea is to run it down to 15% or so. You'll get so much more ride time out of the batt life

Dont forget to add slime in your tubes, will save you problems
600 to 800 charge cycles on average and why would you want to waste each charge cycle on a short little burst of a charge you'd want to run it down almost all the way and charge it up fully that way you're not wasting one of your charge cycles on a little 20-minute charge I swear most of these tips and videos are incorrect or my best tip consult your owner's manual or the manufacturer themselves
