Hey brother if you stem has a little play get a no 4 hex socket tool go right under the stem right above your front wheel and just tightened it up a little bit and get yourself a super clamp it will come with a shim and man you will see it will be just like a Cadillac have fun on your new ride stay safe 👍🙏

Could someone please advise me, I just purchased a apollo ghost 2022, it says it has turn signals but yet to find them. I have not taken it for a ride yet, still charging, Is there a sensor up top the handle bars where there is a red light on either side where it says zoom?

It's amazing!!! I love the Ghost so much. It never fails to amaze me. I need to work on the brakes and maybe soften the suspension a bit but other than that it's perfect.

I freaking love this scooter just got here today it’s my first one and the kick right when you push down on the throttle. It’s a great fast but not scary fast, rides so smooth!! It looks beautiful too and the box was in good condition and smelt great opening fresh and new! It only took 5 days to get here and I live in California. Thank you so much it was definitely worth the money!!

The ghost is great! I highly recommend it. Very powerful, fast, smooth ride, and solid build. Would prefer higher-end hydraulic brakes but that’s just my preference. The brake-regen feature is nice as well.

Then you’d be paying hundreds of dollars more. And you’d then need to decide if you still want a ghost compared to all other 1800 to 2000 dollar duel motors. In other words, ghosts biggest strength (affordability/entry level performance scoot) is gone.
Do have the option to adjust the handle height?
I got mine today and it is so much quicker than what I had to ride before. one thing I underestimated was its size, I was buying this to commute to work but it looks like it's going to be too big to carry through the store and I don't want to leave it outside.

I've had my Ghost for about 2 weeks now and really enjoying the commute to work. Plenty of power for climbing hills etc. At 8:49 the shot shows a yellow triangle sticker that says "After long time riding, appear gap or shaking, pls lock first then adjust this 2screws.- Patented technology". Which two screws is this referring to?
received my Ghost yesterday. Went on an introductory ride this morning. This thing is a tank and crazy fast. I only wish the acceleration was easier to control. It’s almost all or nothing. Super happy with my purchase so far.
Late reply but the acceleration is adjustable in advanced settings
@@edwardmiles5702 I knew that at the time I decided to keep it as is because, for off-the-line acceleration from a stoplight with cars, it made it easy and safer to get out in front of NYC traffic.
On the Settings Menu, if you hold the power button down on certain modes, it will change from A & D; does this have any effect on the scooter?
Is there any scooter seat that can be put on the Ghost? I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on the ghost or the emove cruiser. I'd LOVE to have a seat option.
Hi Apollo I have a quick question about my scooter. I need to tighten the one Allen bolt in the front under the steering tube right above the front tire.
It's the only Allen bolt directly under the yellow sticker on the steering tube in the thumbnail for this video.
It allows me to tighten about a quarter turn only but the it comes loose again causing a little play and movement from the wheel when I'm steering.
I just ordered the Ghost today. I hope I don't regret not waiting on the Phantom.

@@ApolloScooters I received my ghost last night but I am unable to ride it. There is a screw missing from the ignition box so it is unable to be secured. The folding clip on the deck was installed crooked so the stem is unable to lock in place. The left had brake rubs and grinds as if it is metal on metal. Right hand brake smooth as expected. And finally, there is a small chunk of metal (potentially dinged in shipping) missing from the right hand side of the deck. I sent two emails with pictures and opened a support case. My wife's explore comes today and I am hoping for a better experience.
@@ApolloScooters The Explore that I ordered for my wife just arrived today as well. It too arrived damaged. So, brand new Ghost and Explore have both arrived damaged and with issues. I have contacted the support team and am awaiting next steps. Based on this experience, I am really questioning QC at Apollo.

I was genuinely grateful not only to be taken care of but also because I care about the success of this company and this goes a long way. They worked through the issues with my Ghost and swapped out our Explore without issue. I would like to thank Chris and Maxwell for their sense of urgency in ensuring that we were taken care of!
My brake lights are shorting out and I live in the city so it’s essential to have Safety I’ve had it for about three weeks and only was able ride it twice because of safety issues? Any help will be appreciated
Can't go from double to single motor, but can you go single to dual while riding?
I love my ghost so fucking much it’s such a good product, came without issues.
I wish apollo had a trade in plan I'd turn in the explore for this... Both are good but the ghost is just perfect for what I need.

I ordered mine while it was on pre-order (2 weeks from my order date) and then 4 days later I gotta confirmation saying it was gonna be delivered within a weeks time. Hallelujah!! I don't think I ever been this excited for something I ordered. Probably cuz I don't own a car. Also, beings it's called the Ghost...I ended ordering 2 ghosts stickers (from Super Mario bros) to put them on the fenders. 😁 Can't wait to go crusin'!

Oh, and you just need to tighten or loosen the screw on the top of the suspension spring. We will make a video and post it to our channel shortly :-)

Curious if anyone have carried this thing into a bus/train as a last/first mile commute. Will it be annoying? I didn't realize it will be this big. This is my first dual motor scooter.

@@Bhatch1990 I love it...i'm a bigger guy at 290 lbs. but i'm fairly agile and the ghost gets me along quite well. Top speed is in the low 30's with a fully charged battery which will drop off into the mid 20's as it drains down. The suspension leaves a little to be desired...compression is fine but on the rebound it will clunk a bit as it seems it could use some type or rubber stop. I purchased a thumb throttle and it my opinion it's a must have. The finger throttle that comes with it is very difficult to use as you need the same finger for the brake and it's awkward to say the least. This is my first electric scooter so I have nothing to compare it to. I ride mostly local streets and dirt roads. I have had it in some bumpy trails and it will get the job done but gravel paths and pavement is where it shines.

I need to manually press the control panel to move from gear 1 to gear 2 to gear 3. Has anyone found how to change a setting so it defaults to gear 3 from the start? I know it's only a speed limit, not a mechanical gear, but pressing the button as I'm riding doesn't seem ideal.

I received my Ghost today (Thanks Apollo Scooters for the super fast shipping!) and have an unboxing question. Inside the box was a small ziploc baggie with four (4) soft rubber caps and a headless screw. I figured out that the screw is for securing the volt meter in place but where do I install the four soft rubber caps?
The rubber caps go on the wheel nuts to protect from damage.

You can try threading the straps behind the brake cables, or wrap the velcro straps around the brake cables :-)

i have my Ghost's tire pressure at 37.5 and it's very firm. Actually, it would be very hard to hand pump beyond this. in the video it states 50psi, it seems the tire would explodes at that psi. Any thoughts?
I had this problem today. My bike pump was not fully connected to the tube, it had not pushed the valve open and i was just pumping up the bicycle pump! I just had to push it on further before i locked it on. hopefully this helps!
50 psi seems too much 40 is more than enough
How long does it take to get after you order
I am awaiting the arrival of my new ghost. I'm so excited 😆!! I started out scooting with a GoTrax . I had a very bad experience with it...ended having to go thru 3 batteries and it wasn't reliable. So I upgraded to the Segway Ninebot ES4. Absolutely loved it!! Plus I like the fact of having a riding app and sharing riding experiences. The ES4 is a great scooter....if you live on a flat terrain. Where I live I have a lot of hills and the ES4 dies right out going up hill and there isn't that much suspension. So, I started shopping for a faster, smoother riding scooter. I looked at probably 100 different kinds...and ended up ordering the Apollo Ghost. I chose Apollo because of all the reviews and thought this is exactly what I need. I LOVE riding scooters and can't WAIT to get my scooter. Great job Apollo.....you've won me over👏👏👏!! I will post more stuff when I get my scooter. I sure hope I'm not disappointed!!! By the way, is it true the scooter is made in China? Just curious.

Oh, and great scooter btw. It has a near ideal weight to power ratio. Any faster, they weigh too much for most people to toss around like a, uh, scooter I guess. Maybe one day manufactures will find a reliable way to swap out batteries the way larger power tools do, like an EGO style 56V electric lawn mower. That way it's practical to use a smallish 5.0 AH battery with a couple backups charged and ready to go.
My new Ghost maxes out at 15mph.

Do y’all recommend upgrading to the thumb throttle vs the finger throttle? I’ve seen that many people enjoy the thumb throttle over the other one. Is it worth it?
I think I might do this as well. I've had another scooter with a thumb throttle and I really like it. It all comes down to personal preference and just go through the motions of each type of accelerator while standing on your scooter (not actually moving) to see which one feels more comfortable to you

The voltage display is meant to show the voltage/battery level of your scooter. For the Ghost, 58.8V means that your scooter is fully charged :)

When will Apollo ship to the EU? Ordering from the UK is not even an option anymore since it's barely different from ordering from the US now. And it costs 500 dollars more to order a scooter from a UK retailer than from Apollo it self.

No reply from Customer Service !! You're on your own after the purchase. The company's "Go Screw Yourself" approach to their customers should put them out of business!
@@jimparsons8485 nah I figured it out, just had to tighten the lock nut. The ignition, throttle, brakes, are all just generic parts not made by Apollo. Pretty easy to replace that stuff.

Can someone explain the difference between the Ghost and the Phantom, it's so confusing.
The phantom has a slightly larger battery capacity and more watts for the motors. The Ghost is lighter and has folding handle bars. Also, the Phantom has proprietary control display

Mine arrived with a front wheel wobble and an misaligned brake disc. I'm returning it. They've been notified. After 48 hours I will seek legal counsel. Quality control would have prevented this.
There are no turn signals on the Ghost. Kaabo and Vsett and Emove have them.

They still feel great the scooter is absolutely insane sometimes my tires lose traction if I take off fast it has power and a lot of speed and last a good amount of time for it’s battery size and pulls you up hills full speed it’s great
My Ghost stopped working after 2 hrs on my maiden voyage with an error code E09 and a flashing red triangle..Dry weather on suburban roads. I never owned a scooter and was excited after all the research only to have it sit now for 4 days dead. $1.500 and Apollo cant or wont give me a call or get back to me...Customer service FAIL

So, owners manual is terrible. As a writer, it was extremely painful to read. Left a LOT to be desired and unanswered questions: do I need to initiate start, like kick start? Does it have regen braking at all? The handle bar stick have a central “bumb” that makes it less easy to turn. (Is this normal)?
