@@elicenyne Yes, but Breath of the wild was more exploration based, it was harder, better colors, harder to cheese, it had a better story, I wanted to explore every nook and cranny of the map, which i would in totk if it had a new map.
Tears if the Kingdom is linear without all the perks of being linear.
I would rate TotK a like 7-8.5 while BotW is one of the games that deserve a 10/10

@@jacesander9651 from what ive discovered, (at least on mobile when you open up comments) youtube seems to recommend comments based on the actual time youre at. given it has a timestamp, might've been why you found it. But I do love when that happens, whether it is true or not

Yeah, waikuteru has already made it for totk. Still in development, but a lot of work has already been done

@@redrhinodino5833I remember Pointcrow couldn’t use the paraglider for a challenge and had to use a steering stick on a rock to negate fall damage

As someone who's not yet been able to play TotK and is therefore still attempting to avoid spoilers, I am very appreciative of this video for giving me more Zelda content
I finally came around and got it yesterday. Finally giving it a go today and it's just a bigger, better version of BotW. Enjoying it thoroughly!
Good luck man. It was so hard for me to start spoiler free and I got it the day after it came out. Took me about 2.5 weeks and with steamers beating it in 5 days it was not easy.

All enemies spawning during the final encounter - honestly, that would've been amazing in the canon game. As though the calamity itself draws everything to its location in a final ditch effort to destroy Link for its own survival.

I've often heard the Bomb Impact Launch technique be called Wind Bomb, cuz it's like a HUGE gust of wind that pushes Link.

When you did the blss to hurdle castle at 25:58 I didn’t know it was sped up and I was so shocked at how fast it was going until I watched it again 😂
Yeah despite watching playthroughs ahead of time when i did the Yiga hideout in my save i didn't use the bananas at all, i actually lured them toward me with my whistle so theyd search the area below me, then when they were distracted i used the paraglider to fly the rest of the way across the room (all while wearing the sheikah armor). As far as i remember it worked like a charm. I tried the banana method when i had to go back thru for the DLC but it actually didn't work quite as well for me
i love it when linkus somehow managed to mispronounce EVERY NAME IN THE GAME
Now we just need a TOTK randomizer and a Ranomizer that combines them both. (like the OOT and MM Combined Randomizer)
Idk why i felt proud when i heard voices in spanish, i play botw in spanish and it just feels great to hear your country's languaje
About a year ago I tried to teach my dad how to play botw and it ended up being me replaying botw. Using Revali’s Bow I figured out exactly how many bomb arrows it took to kill a foot soldier in the yiga clan. It was actually so much fun

The randomizer seems pretty awesome, especially the randomized goals, and I'm looking forward to a TotK randomizer some day. I hope a few changes can be turned off though, like randomly adding/removing items from inventory. That particular feature doesn't seem fun.
I think you can choose which effects the randomizer has when you start it. You don't have to play with the add/remove effect if you don't want to.

Props to the editor for this amazing video. I couldn't help crack a laugh everytime a track from fire emblem 3 houses played. Chasing Daybreak fits so well in the moments of tension.
It actually was the randomizer. It seems like some songs weren't randomized (I don't think tarrey town was), but it was the stone talus theme that was replaced by chasing daybreak
They had a couple of FE Fates songs as well. Weird randomizer

One time, one of my friends said they never learned about shield bashing and stuff until very late in the game. So he fought thunder blight without dodging and stuff.

I did the hole shot one with the really long shot, too, but luckily I had a Golden Bow at the time, so the shot was pretty easy.

I disagree. BotW is still a good game, but TotK really is just BotW+. There's very little reason to go back to it.
I love how super long speed runs at 15 hours long are only 10% the time of a casual play through.. amazing

Did you take any breaks from playing the game or did you do a nonstop play through?

I feel like you can see the difference between the difficulty of the shrines between botw and totk. Botw shrines we’re just a pain in the ass, while totk shrines just make you use ultra hand 75 percent of the time.
