Hi Mike! I’m wondering if you have the 3 ft Frankenstein by General Foam. I just picked him up before Halloween at a Boise Flea Market for $55. I’d never seen one like it before! Thank you, Sue
Great video! I just sold some Don featherstone pilgrim husband and wife blow molds for $250! One was cracked and they both had damage to the paint. I was “blown” away! 🤣 they say in my DEATHPILE for over a year 😅😅😅 list that DEATHPILE!
Hi 🐈⬛!!! I have been off on my broom 🧹 and happy to see this video! I love Halloween 👻 and love vintage! If I find a blow mold I’d have trouble selling it?! Lol! I have a Frankenstein that’s valued about $160
We bought some blow molds when we first were married in 1986. My husband ties Santa standing with his bag to our chimney. We also have Noel candles. And we have the Santa in a sled with one reindeer which we put on our front porch. Our neighbors had the same but with eight reindeer. I don't remember paying more than $20 or $30 for them but maybe I did? We also have a ghost holding a pumpkin. That's our second one because the first was stolen off our porch but that was in the 80s. Now that I know these are really expensive, I'm a little nervous about putting them out. 😐
I have the Nativity scene minus the cow and donkey. It was purchased early 60's by my parents and I will also pass down to my kids! Our Frosty did light up but the plastic crumbled over the years and I just put him to rest! Now I have one Soldier that lights up! I've used him as a night light during the year and on porch at Christmas! Lol! Love them all! Excited to see them here! 🥰👍😁💯
When we was first married we bought Santa Claus standing then added Santa and the sleigh with 2 reindeer. My husband gave those to his brother along with our big noma lights that I loved but he kept changing. We added the big Santa Claus face and eventually got Halloween ones the stand up witch. The ghost and the big pumpkin. We've added the nativity. Blow up ones to but the original blow molds are so beautiful. He won 1st or 2nd place years ago for his display. I still love putting them out and enjoying them. He has a cousin that always gets a mention in Normal Illinois because he has a few hundred blow molds. Enough to do 2 houses yard and roof full. It's crazy how they've went up so much in price. One of my favorite research videos to date!!! Thank you for your hard work to teach and touch so many people!!!
Nice! I still have a Halloween Pumpkin and two Christmas candles blow molds. I think he under sold the lot of 24 nutcrackers! It comes up to only $33 each nutcrackers.
Have blow molds in my basement. They belonged to my mother. A few have no lights but maybe worth getting a replacement bulb. Thanks for the information.
There is an area right outside of Chicago that is known for xmas decoration and a family has about 15 +.snow men blow molds they have shown it outside for years. So I was thinking about the same thing Kari
I gifted a Snoopy, like the one shown first in this video, to a Peanuts loving friend. I was shocked she put him outside. I was like someone is going to steal him! LOL
Hi Kat, I have an Christmas Angel blow mold Ive had several years She appears vintage and a gift from my son. She is about 3 ft. I will be bringing her out for Christmas. I just pickup up a Halloween blow mold that is a pumpkin and cat. It is about 2 ft and I picked it up at my local Goodwill store. The pumpkin and cat did not have a light so I added a string of battery operated fairy lights and they worked out great. I do love the blow molds for my personal use and I enjoyed your video about them. Thanks.
You have to watch shipping on these because they are so big. Last year I had a nativity set, but ended up selling it on FB marketplace. I couldn't get boxes big enough! I didn't run into any this year, in Southern CT. They do those big blow ups that need a motor, and collapse when it's not on.
Kay. Do you clean the jewelry before you list it or sell it? I have necklaces that have wood on a chain and decorative beads on a chain. I just don’t know if we’re supposed to clean all the jewelry. Thank you. Sonia
@@TheNurseFlipper sorry about that Kay lol. I mean kat I’ve just been a little brain dead lately. I did get in and I did mark it. Now I hope that I registered with the right person and not Kay. Lol

I live in Norfolk, VA where the General Foam Plastics factory was and find them all of the same time. They don’t sell for much locally, but sell great online. The camel is a phenomenal seller
Kat, thanks for the great video. I have so many blow molds, have been buying for some years. I think the most unusual is a green alien blow mold..bought him for like $8.00 at thrift store a few years back. I have a bunch of spring horses that I keep meaning to make a carousel out of! When time permits!
Thanks Kat! I can picture those Giant Blow Mold Christmas Ornaments on an outside Christmas Tree in the yard! How beautiful this would be. I've never seen anything like these.
I had a yard sale holder sell my Santa Claus while I was inside his garage still looking. His daughter kept telling him he was wrong. When I said something on FB a lady said I was being ridiculous, it was JUST a yard sale
We can find them pretty cheap here. Paid $1 a piece for our 12 piece empire nativity! And found a jack-o-lantern in a ditch while traveling in Asheville a few weeks ago 😀
These were all the rage in the 60’s and 70’s but by the 90’s, inflatable decorations started popping up in stores and the days of the blow molds came to an end. One of the saddest things about this is that the classic blow molds were made in America while the inflatables are made in China.
Never ship in a trash bag. Blow molds can become brittle after many years of hot shed, garage or attic followed by cold frozen outdoor display. Watch for holes and cracks they devalue the blow mold. She is showing rare molds that are hard to find. That's why they bring so much.
I just found out that a company I worked for as a salesman for 15 years still has union products blow mold new in box and hasn’t sell 1 for 20 years. I used to sell them in late 80,s and beginning of 90,s then sales went down. I don’t work there anymore since 2006. I ask my cousin that still works there if there are union products available he said yes! Omg I whent there same day and purchased some and sold a 2 same day cost was $6 each and sold for $95 with shipping. Tommorow I’ll be going to negotiate with the owner to buy everything. They have 20 Santa rocking horse available and that is selling for $450 with $200 shipping pre owed. I’m so excited. I’m a bit late for Christmas sale but preparing for next year. Sorry if me English not well wrote, I’m Spanish speaking.
Wow I was thinking I should go dig up my Mr. And Mrs Santa clause blow molds they lighted too. But I really love them. But now would be the time to sell maybe I will.
My problem is I buy any and all blow molds and I keep the wonky ones for my own “collection” , atleast that’s how I explain it to my husband 😂also if they are faded they can become brittle and I’d be extra careful when shipping them

I'm so tired of everyone putting RARE on absolutely everything! I have a blow mold jack o lantern candy bucket with very nice detail that I thought was old, but when I researched it, the company is still around and makes the same vintage blow molds for great prices. I think I may have found a great hidden source for selling retail blow molds. I bet a lot of them sell at vintage prices when they are actually new. (Appears I was right, being that quite a few of your listings were of a company that still makes them.) I'm going to do some more research and see if the company website is a defunct one or still legit. Hmm.
It was interesting to see the modern ones reach such a high price in this video. Gemmy are still sold at Walmart, Home Depot, Big Lots. I personally do not collect them because they are not made in the USA and the blow mold material is a different consistency to the touch.
As far as the rare pitch of can you lower price as my shipping g is so high where I live, I do not buy into that, all costs are higher in this current market, it’s just a lame pitch to get a better price in my opinion ( I do calculated ship only).
