Growing Pansies for Cut Flower Production

In this world of petals and stems, the pursuit of the extraordinary isn't just a fleeting interest for me; it's a commitment to unearthing hidden beauty and reshaping industry norms. And so, I find myself endlessly captivated by the fascinating journey of exploring flowers and sharing the journeys with others. Brenna Estrada of Three Brothers Bloom is my guest this week, and although she grows a wonderful variety of cut flowers there is one flower she grows that caught my attention. Pansies, and yes, she grows them as a cut flower. From her flower farm on Camano Island in the Pacific Northwest, Brenna is growing her family business, amazing cut flowers, and creating a pollinator haven and thriving environment for little creatures and fauna as well.I was stunned when I saw pics of the pansies and excited to share her insights to growing pansies, bearded iris, phlox and more.
