This is easy peazzziiee, no need for a lawyer to file. However, if you have never filed this by your self, I recommend a lawyer/paralegal to organize your paper work. Remember the most important things is to be organized on how you send your packet. USCIS likes tabs with year dates that go back 10 years. Including tabs for personal documents, and cover letter. ORGANIZATION IS YOUR BEST FRIEND.
Hi. My wife petitioned for me and got approved we also did the I-601 provisional waiver and it’s still pending how can we benefit or are we eligible for this new law and would any of the the things we have already paid for help towards the process we have invested a lot already
If the person was deported before the iiraira date and came back after the iiraira date both times unlawfully does that still subject them to the permanent bar?
Hello attorney! I came to US on k1 visa and get divorced in 2 months after marriage and still haven’t applied for adjustment of status, after I got divorced I found a job and they asked my for my ssc would it be okay if I give it to them and starts that job? Thanks
I already have a immigration consultant that I didn’t realize was not a lawyer 😢 We are waiting the i601A and it’s about to hit our 3 years in April 2025 But this is big for our household we have a disabled child together. How much would u charge us for this Biden program? How much do u charge.
In many states, including NY, immigration consultants are engaged in the unauthorized practice of law, which is a crime. I won't discuss fees in a youtube comment, but you can call my office to ask (during business hours) and we will gladly tell you.
Hi, so we submitted our I-130 petition almost 2 years ago and it's still pending. With this parole in place, if approved, am I correct in saying we would not have to do the I-601A waiver since he would not need to leave the country? If parole in place is granted we would just be able to go on to apply for his permanent residency without any steps in between correct?
If more than 2 years have passed from your date of marriage on the day that your green card is approved then it's a 10-year green card. If less than 2 years have passed then it's a conditional (2-year) green card.
@@DarianLaw why people are so worried about green card? This is not a green card benefit, it's a temporary work permit, after 3 years of having PIP u would be able to aply for green card if you qualify, PiP has nothing to do with green card application, this one's are totally differents steps
Really? still no response? My last military PIP was approved in 8 months. There is nothing preventing you from ALSO applying for the new parole-in-place program.
What if jumpship . We are already check to go home but didn’t go home . And we dont have visa. Is it legible for pip despite been here legally married to Us Citizen for 18 years?
If someone one become after june 17, 2024 American citizen and who married before june 17, 2024 this kind of case still eligible this program no one correct answer this question

Hi Darian, my mom has a 10-year bar but she's married to a USC. Would she be able to qualify? Thanks!

What happens if your already approved can you still come in
I don't understand the question. The parole program is for people who are inside the US.
Are crewman not legible?
It's for people who entered without a visa, but we will know more later this month.

It’s only for people who come to USA illegally not people who come here with visa and overstayed right ?
Yes, that's correct.
