What about the people that are currently in the process waiting on the counselor interview nobody seems to touch that topic?
When official notice is released for PIP, the people who are undergoing consular processing may reach out to schedule a consultation to see whether they are eligible for this process as well. Generally, a person who is eligible for consular processing may not be eligible for PIP. Some may be eligible for both. It depends.
@@pminhaslaw doesn’t make any sense how would you not be eligible just send the interview to a uscis office in the usa instead of you home country
@@Elyeyi05That would depend on the evaluation of each case. For example, some may qualify for PIP but may not be able to adjust to a green card. Some may qualify for consular processing but not PIP because their spouses are still green card holders. It all depends.
@@pminhaslaw of course but that is different than the question I asked
documents that I have been here for 10 years, what exactly are they ? how many per year, what will work what won't work as documents?
You may visit the USCIS website and review the “What you can do now” section which mentions documents: www.uscis.gov/newsroom/alerts/reminders-on-the-process-to-promote-the-unity-and-stability-of-families
However, we are still waiting for the Federal Register Notice for more information about eligibility and process.
@@Townbizz400z work permits if you have daca, approval let’s,w2’s , tax return, bills ,paystubs ,pictures, letters of citizens that know you . The list goes on
Ok nice now do you need 1 document per month or how many per year ?
@@Townbizz400z probably not but it would help your case better if you do,for example if you have 1 past stub per month rather 2-4
Hello, my question is what if you've been living in the u.s for ten years undocumented and you entered Legally, ( never been arrested, no running with the law) can you apply and get your green card?
I did the expedited, but no answer or nothing
@@syedasufian6859 If a visa is available and the expedite was filed, then the best thing to do is wait for a decision.
What if my wife was apprehended at the border trying to cross, got processed and released the following day, and crossed the border the same day. This happened in 2007. Would she still qualify?
It would be best to set up a consultation to discuss this further.
How to bring my sister apply for her 16 years what is due now nothing nothing moment
@@syedasufian6859 more information is needed. Generally, a US citizen petitioning for their sibling takes a long time because of the visa wait time. It would be best to schedule a consultation.
My country is very dangerous now and she have a problem with the husband. She have a domestic violence case and submit everything but I don’t get any answer.
