Being alone and not using social media changed everything for me. For the first few feeks my inner demons came out, my worst anxiety, depressions and hardships came all at once. I didn't knew it back then but it was necessary, for me dealing with my trauma. Now I am able to conquer these things and discover more about myself. It really grounded me in reality and in myself.

You give me hope bro. I just left my girl because I know she isn’t good for me. She brings out the worst in me and her actions don’t match her words. I also live out of state and don’t have friends or family here. The loneliness and depression are hitting me so hard. I know I have to stick with it and come out better than before. Thanks man.

@@mikelgalvan7600 It's difficult for me to think of one thing to say. But it's all seeking spiritual growth for me. It's all about wanting to be more self aware and to achieve that one has to be alone. In short being alone has to be seen as opportunity. As far as achieving ease in the body avoiding sharing sexual energy with different people is key. Everything doesn't happen overnight but with time. I used to suffer from depression and anxiety, was a persimist, impatient, had anger issues and i'm grateful for where i'm at

You couldn't have been more right with this. I remember summer spending in my bungalow, sitting by the chair affirmating, getting that sunlight and tan, away from distractions and problems. Those days were the best days to improve myself. I truly enjoyed being alone at that time. Then when winter hit i was busy with tons of work and despite earing a good money I wasn't happy, because I didn't have a time to truly sit alone and shift my thoughts towards something greater. Now I'm gradually building up with my positive thinking and alligning myself with the unlimited universe potential again and I advise you all to do the same. Remember, there's nothing to lose once you become grateful and high vibrational being, but there's plenty to lose when you do the opposite. You might just end up somewhere in the dark void all depressed, so choose wisely.
Wishing you all the best in this year!
You already have everything you want within yourself, you just need to embrace it!
    Peace.

I agree on all that has been sad. But l have to mention that when you are younger (or at least till 50), relatively healthy, no major issues, stabile financialy, phisichally and mentaly, you found a purpuse and established priorities - it is "easier" to be alone.
It is way harder when you are sick, and l primarly mean phisichally. It is way harder to rely only on yourself.

The thing you said about problems, that they don´t exist, that there´s only information, choices and our perspective is game changing. And it makes so much sense, if we know smth bad is gonna happen, all we can do is make choices. We shouldn´t worry that it´s gonna happen cause we can´t change that, all we can do is make the right choice. And is just really relieving. Thank you

Im still in highschool, I have a couple more days of school till its done forever. But for the last two years I have been alone all the time except for when im at school. I used to get calls from my friends all the time, and although those people are still my "friends" because I have no one else, I dont have anyone to talk to. Its almost like they made barrier between me and the group, and would involve me in larger gatherings but I dont know any of them, they keep most things between them, and they dont know me. Our conversations are surface level at best. I have been losing myself in 2023, believing that ill spend the rest of my life alone, especially because i'll finish highschool were i get to meet people, and i have been hiding from life on my phone doing fuck all (i dont text anyone i just binge watch). This year I want to build something I an lean on, hopefully
