I remained calm, busted a nut that night to fall asleep and the next morning i applied to 10 different jobs, by next week i was already working. Now everything is all fine and amazing. I could have gone a very dark path but being calm is massively important in your life
Another thing you can do, which I have learned a while ago, is to look at yourself from 3rd person perspective and think what this confrontation might get you. Extremely helpful

Have the patience and discipline to overcome things like recovering after injuries and starting over, polishing skills like Handstand, muscle-ups and weighted ring dips are excellent ways to temper our resilience. Some girls say "oh, it's astonishing the way you don't give a s*it about anything" I reply with humor and jokes. So, in a similar situation, if a guy is scolding like that, I would reply just smiling at him telling him to calm down, and maybe trying to be funny, without mocking him. Greetings. Great channel.
