    What I like most about this video is that it uses things most everyone has, other than the peppers. Cookie sheet, foil, an oven and hands to . Thank you again Khang.

      If you do it in the sun make sure to put them on a raised cooling rack or flip them daily so mold doesn't grow on the bottom.

    Scotch bonnets are hard to find. Where did you get the seeds or did you plant a pepper? I found some and want to try one pack of them and curious. Habaneros are easy to find but I prefer scotch

    Is this better than just letting them dry on a rack for several days naturally??

    If you already know what a hot pepper looks like, skip ahead to 10:45.
    And a dedicated coffee grinder makes better powder, but crushing by hand is good for flakes.

    Not everyone has a convection oven. You cannot dry peppers in a regular oven. I tried this in my gas oven for two days. I was able to make flakes out of them, but not powder.

    Hey khang I love your videos and have just started to cross breed my peppers. I have crossed a reaper with a scotch bonnet and trinidad scorpion bitch T with a 7 pot chocolate doughlah. Should I cross my recent crosses together?
    Cheers: Nick

      You'd want it below boiling, lose less volitiles that way, also don't want your house turning into a Pepper spray chamber.

    Is there a mild pepper you would recommend growing? I'm looking for seeds for next year. I have a red savina and that sucker is too hot for me. Thanks for the video.

      Try some Aji Pineapple or Aji Mango. They are very sweet and have amazing flavor, heat is very little as well.

    Just want to ask you how do you keep your oven that clean 😋

    • @jerichojoe307
      @jerichojoe307 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Niranchala Flynn keeping an oven clean is very simple you clean it out every time you use it instead of cleaning it once a week or once a month. Now just think if you take the 5 minutes to clean out the oven after it cools each time you use it it would be no different than waiting a month or more as some people are just lazy but then having to spend over an hour cleaning the oven because the stuff getting cooked and burnt into the surface his is probably so clean because he does hot peppers in them which atomizes some of that hot oil so I'm pretty sure he does exactly that and cleans it every single time so it doesn't affect other foods that he cooks

      He has stated elsewhere that he doesn’t use it much.
