dont need to change the filter or gasket? Is it needed to change those or no?

You need to change oil , filter and gasket if you do it every 30-40k miles

@ what happens if i just drain the old oil and put new oil without changing the filter and gasket? it has 150k miles and im not sure if its ever gotten the transmission oil changed

Just FYI - no 335 will have the GM, only 328
